Amazing customer service and delicious coffee. We love Caribou coffee, so it was nice to have it again before our flight back to Florida.

It's inside the airport terminal on the second floor no excess unless you are flying. Had to pay $10 dollars to leave the airport for 10mins.

I’m not sure if the lady working the register was new or what was wrong..1. Could not understand her because she was mumbling.2. She said the transaction didn’t go through even though it printed a receipt with an authorization code and I got a notification on my phone that the transaction had been approved. The first ticket out looked like a kitchen slip.3. She put a hot drink into a clear plastic cup and didn’t mix either.For being the only place in the airport to get coffee.. it really makes me miss the Starbucks in my airport back home and that place is only worth 2 stars.

Important Note: This is not an official Caribou Coffee. Unfortunately the only remaining locations tend to be found in a airports so you can imagine my disappointment to find that this was simply a Cinnabon that sold brewed Caribou Coffee. As pictured, their menu does not include any of the traditional drinks found in a legacy Caribou Coffee location. Cinnabon would likely be better off serving their traditionally branded coffee.

I actually watched my girlfriend stand in line while the girl working the counter stood there on her phone. I walked over about 5 minutes later to ask if they were open and the woman said yes, turned around and ignored us further. Did the same exact thing to another customer right after. What a complete moron. This happened 7pm on Sunday August 26th. Might want to check your staffing roster and have a conversation with this girl. Here's a picture of her on her phone doing absolutely nothing ignoring customers.

I got a 20oz iced espresso, definitely had a kick and loved the heavy roasted taste.

Customer service was good but the coffee was just too strong for me.I went back to get more ice in it to water it down and they were very nice about it. I am just not use to that strong of an espresso shot. I wish I waited to get starbucks instead of paying $6.00 for this iced vanilla latte.
