Enjoyed my baked potato soup and signature house salad. Husband enjoyed the shrimp platter. Everything came out piping hot and we were very pleased. We come fairly often and we have never had Trina and I think she might be new. She was very pleasant and accommodating so again I commend you on hiring the best wait staff on the beach.

We have never been disappointed with securing reservations with Open Table or a great dinner at Carolina. We were seated as soon as we walked in and had a great waitress in Barb. We highly recommend this restaurant.

We really enjoyed dining here. There was six adults in our party and everyone said their meal was delicious. Everyone raved about the salad. And our server was excellent. The only disappointment was the espresso martini. I would highly recommend this place.

Went for second time in a week because the food was so amazing. However, ate at bar and bartender was inattentive and seemed to want to chat long term with patrons rather than respond to people requiring drinks. At first we thought she was engaging, but watching her the second night ignore people, seemed like she was grooming people for a big tip and letting the other bartender do all the work while she chatted patrons up. I love this restaurant and the food is outstanding but her behavior was a turn off. Other bartender's doing all the work while she was busy talking. That all being said, the food is amazing. Best filet ever. Management, check out this employee. Ruining experience for all

Our server Melissa was the best part of our night. We had reservations, but waited over 20 minutes for our table. Our meat selections were incorrectly cooked and the wrong size of meats were served. We had to return our protein. Meanwhile, our sides got cold so we had hot meat and cold sides. Melissa was so patient and apologetic, we didn't burden her further with the cold sides.We were so disappointed in our meals, it was hard to enjoy them. We heard such great remarks about this restaurant, but we can't leave a positive remark.
