We stopped here on Jan 15 while shopping and exploring this mall. We both ordered chicken philly $7.49 and the meal was OK. Service was good and prompt. The sandwich was pretty basic and not sure about the cheese used. It was a decent size and I only ate half of it and threw the rest away. Fries were OK. Drinks were $2.999 Total spent $23.37

I was surprised how good the food was it being my first time eating here , fries were fresh and hot , the cook is so sweet and always asked us how our day was going. we were here on vacation and i like eating somewhere different everytime i’m in a new area -but i ended up here 2 days in a row . me and my husband loved it , and they have very nice workers.

I used to love to eat at Charlys. I thought they had a great cheese steak for a mall fast food restaurant. However, I went to the location in the Costal Grand Mall yesterday and got the old school Cheese steak which just has steak, grilled onions & cheese wiz. The steak was either old or over cooked it was hard to tell but it didn't taste right and the cheese wiz had no flavor. The whole sandwich was pretty tasteless with no flavor at all besides what little the onions gave it. I usually get provolone cheese, but I decided to switch it up this time and regretted it halfway through the sandwich. Each bite I took I hoped it would get better but it never did. I couldn't even eat the whole sandwich and I had been smoking THCa flower all day, so I was definitely hungry by dinner time. If I go back here I will definitely stick to my original cheese steak with Provolone order. I almost forgot that I got bacon cheese fries and those were awesome as always. It needed more bacon but they definitely gave lots of cheese and the fries were still warm when they got home which was a plus. That meant they cooked them fresh.

I have ate here like 20 time the past 2 visits terrible food easy. Taste like dish soap both times. $35 for 2 cheese steaks and fries no acceptable for the taste of a basic not even good....this place is 10000% not what it used to be during covid

They billed my debit card $78.34 ,for a regular Philly cheese steak meal and did not refund the money.
I usually order from the place at coastal grand mall in Myrtle Beach but I won’t be ordering from them any more. They completely ruined my family’s food. They put onions and peppers on my cheesecake after I specifically asked for it plain and put lettuce and tomatoes and mayo on another sandwich that shouldn’t have any. This was on dec 19 2024 at 6 pm.
