Awesome food,great customer service awesome experience today !! Always nice when you have hot food and nice people .

Be warned that you should not order ahead or they will let someone steal your food. Then they will treatyou like they did something wrong. They do not care about customers. No one will ever reply when you contact the company about this. I was a loyal customer until I was treated so bad.

Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

The staff worked quickly even during a busy rush, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Being located right inside the outlet mall makes it a convenient stop in between shopping.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

I went in 30 minutes before they were closed and the young lady behind the counter was so incredibly patient with me as I searched for a coupon. I hit gold. I found a $10 off coupon so she helped me redeem and was very friendly throughout the entire interaction.

Charley's is one of my favorite places to get a chicken philly. It's just delicious!!

It was our first time trying this place and overall it was quite delicious. The food was a good price and a good portion size as well. The bread was nice and soft while the steak was very flavourful.

The only thing that could be improved on is the staff being less talkative to their coworkers but overall not bad.

It's just not good food, I'd give it zero if I could.
I had a Philly, and the meat it self is soo low quality, especially for $10.

Located within the food court of the mall, this was the place I chose for my meal, and I'm glad I did!

Who doesn't love a good cheesesteak sandwich? They also have lemonade drinks if you don't want a soda, and they have cheese sticks too! As far as the sandwich I had, I had the pepperoni one and that made the old classic even better with a new twist!
