Our server, Abby, was phenomenal! We had a table of 6 with an assortment of meals. The crab cakes were thin but tasty. The fried green tomatoes were excellent as was the dinner salad. I highly recommend the Chesapeake House.

This is a hidden gem in Myrtle Beach. At the beginning of the meal they serve you with 3 cinnamon rolls that are made fresh in their bakery with some hush puppies and honey butter. Their food tastes really fresh and cooked well. The owner/manager Mrs. Karen was really nice.

If you want to find a hidden seafood place to eat in Myrtle Beach, this should be your first stop.

Great restaurant. They have been here forever and there are several reasons why... Staff is welcoming, friendly, and engaging. I ordered food to-go. Clam strips and fries were delicious and the portion size was very generous and it was piping hot. Hushpuppies with honey butter and cinnamon rolls were an added treat. You must try these! Will definitely patronize again. Thank you for a great meal. Five stars!!!

Food was plentiful, service was great…but honestly I didn’t like anything on my classic seafood platter. It was ehhh. Again service and location was on point!

Ordered 2 specials: seafood and chicken parm. Chicken was very salty and pasta needed sauce- which the waitress brought right out once I asked. The deviled crab my husband ordered was mostly filler. He liked the shrimp and said the flounder was ok. For the savings, the portion was small. Better to buy a full portion and split with me, which is what we usually do. And we still end up with leftovers!!

On the other hand, their onion rings are excellent!!

Always on our must visit list. Love the sweet rolls they serve along with the hushpuppies! Enjoy the chunky fish stew served with each meal. Always great seafood at moderate prices.

Seated promptly and server was friendly and attentive. We started with the Firecracker Shrimp which was good then I choose to have the Carribean Glazed Mahi with a house salad and baked potato. Large portion of Mahi but heavy on the glaze for me, but it was easily scraped off. I would recommend and would eat there again if we are back in the area.

I really liked the food but I'm a big fan of cinnamon rolls and those were great as an appetizer, so good, in fact, that I got some to take home for breakfast in the morning. Service was excellent and I would recommend it!

Food was good. Server was terrific ...but having a roach crawl out from under the table and run across the table at the end of dinner kind of ruined the entire experience.

Stuffed flounder was very overcooked. Salad was minimal. Very disappointing compared to years ago.
