Not a good review! My daughter has severe food allergies and the only restaurant I have found that she can eat at so far is chick-fil-a, now I’ve been ordering grilled chicken nuggets without marinade for MONTHS! I’ve ordered them at this location and the one in Conway and Myrtle beach and north Myrtle! Even in other states I’ve been accommodated, until both Chick-fil-A’s on 501 had refused to make them without marinade. Thankfully I called another location and they were able to accommodate my daughter’s food allergies and I took my 80 dollar order elsewhere.

We are always happy with the quality of food and service at chick-fil-a. The trip I made to treat my granddaughters was no exception. The girls selected Chick-fil-A as their restaurant of choice in their day out with Nonna. The people working there are friendly and very helpful

I went through a drive thru location on highway 501 considered Carolina Forest yesterday. I had just flown home from a visit with my daughter that was emergency cross country. I have lived here many years and know the owner of chick filet locally. A nice man. I am not sure if he still owns various locations. I have always talked highly of chick filet. I love people working there and usually my food is ok. I went yesterday and the girl taking my order outside was so nice and a guy I met outside was super nice. I got to the window and a sweet girl was outside handing orders to customers. I drove off and parked and opened my sandwich. The bread was burned. Some might like that. I don’t. And I asked for extra pickles. So I was ok I will just eat it I am worn out and I bit into it and literally it tasted so bad I couldn’t eat it. The fries were ok. I drank some tea that was hot and no ice but I was super thirsty from my trip. I rode back through to ask for a sandwich and more mayo since I did ask for more and it wasn’t what I asked for. Thought it would be a simple fix and I hate confrontation and hate to complain. So it became a issue then. The nice girl gave my order back to the people at window. They sent back the sandwich with more pickles and burnt bread and o guess all the bread must be slightly burned but I just could t eat it so I asked for my money back and then she came back and said we need food back and that was not a problem but what happened was it was taken personal and a long time for anything to be done. And people laughing at me inside when I walked up to give them my food and asked to speak to the manager. I drove back around to wait my turn and someone came over to me and said sorry for how you are being treated and people inside looking outside and laughing and the girl I called to explain things to literally put the phone down and talked bad about me saying she saw the order and all looking outside laughing at me. This was too much to handle and I asked for return and got return receipt and now it’s not on my bank account and I just was humiliated and I was nice to everyone except I noticed they were saying oh my order was fine and they saw it well no it wasn’t. So I am leaving a review and it was this big drama over nothing and I will never go there again until management owns up to what they did and how I was treated and I am one of the nicest people and respectful and I was told outside someone said I don’t like the current management and a lot has been happening so that tells you a lot. I will never go back to a place I respected for years. Not because the food was bad in my opinion that order I can definitely understand bad days but how o was treated was sad. ?. Maybe this will help management see what they did to someone. I simply wanted some food and had flown cross country to help my daughter and back and all I wanted was to get some food to eat … then all was so humiliating I just asked for my money back to get away from there and now I have to call. It didn’t come off my account.

Oh Steve, Steve, Steve... what can I say about my visit today other than piss poor? This may have been the 1st time in many years that I've been to a Chic-fil-a around noon that there was no one in the drive-through. This should have been my warning that your store had gone downhill. A simple #1 meal... how hard can it be to get that right? Cold waffle fries that looked warmed over, room temperature sandwich and a large hot unsweet- sweet iced tea minus the ice. It's just not that difficult, folks. It's just not. There were more than 4 employees standing around with nothing to do. I feel sure that someone could have figured out that the sweet tea was not sweet and that it actually requires ice to make it cold....such a shame. The once loved chickfila is slipping away.
