We waited a half hour after scheduled opening time . Other people waited too. Employees totally ignored us and did not make an effort to explain why they weren't acknowledging us. Very Slow. Talking on their phones. Non Verbal with patrons

OMG, there is no line. Everyone that wants a refill gets to skip in front of everyone else. My wife waited behind register 2 while I waited by register 3. The lady at the register spoke to the person behind me, can I help you? I said really!! She goes did you want something, I said you know what, NO and walked away. Adding in a picture of her so maybe the manager can find someone else to do the job and take the next person standing around since there is no official line where you can order when you been standing there for 20 minutes.

Went here on Tuesday August 26th 2025 with my dad for a much needed lunch. This chic fil A is located in the Coastal Grand Mall, not far from the Cinemark movie theater. We were in the area and wanted something quick, so in here we went. We easily found parking, and suggest one parks near the movie theater entrance to easily find this location. The mall also has plenty of tables and chairs to sit and eat one's food at. We walked in, and was greeted by a nice cashier. I ordered a chic fil A Deluxe sandwich with no cheese, and a chocolate shake. My dad also got a chocolate shake and the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. We paid via credit card. We also waited for our food, which didn't take long at all. Food was delicious and I enjoyed my shake and sandwich. We ate at a table in the food court. enjoyed it! Hope to be back again!

Kaitlyn does not need to be customer facing. She’s rude and doesn’t care that she is. She has a short temper and gives nasty looks to customers.

Avoid at all costs, multiple hairs on my chicken tenders, didn’t have 2 sauces I wanted.. just a pathetic experience for chic fil a if all places.

I just stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 3 employees shuffled back and forth in front of me, making direct eye contact, and never taking my order. I don’t know if I’m a ghost and I haven’t yet realized it or what, but they straight up ignored my husband and I while standing there. I think they just didn’t want to take our order because then they’d have to actually do something. Hire new employees, these ones are bunk. Girl with the red weave specifically is always curt and never friendly. Very mid experience, we walked away and got Chinese food.

This has to be the Temu of chick-fil-A . Extremely long waits , No organization , 1 girl up front shouting NEXT CUSTOMER over and over . No Thank you . No hello , I will take my $ someplace else .
