This location never sends any freebies through the chick fil a app. You can place an order 20 minutes on the app and drive to the location and they haven’t even started making your food. The whole point of ordering ahead is so that your food is ready when you get there. Also this location has way too many teenagers working socialising and not being attentive to the customer. I shouldn’t have to wait forever to receive a refill at the counter with plenty of workers there. They are more interested in gossiping and social talk and no regard for the customer.

My grandsons love Chick-fil-A nuggets, second only to the play area at Chick-fil-A. Especially on a rainy day!
This store does not embody what Chick-fil-A stands for. Wouldn’t take responsibility of missing items in delivery order (that I ordered directly through their app) and pushed the responsibility on the third party delivery service ! Who packed the order?!! I’m pretty sure it wasn’t the delivery service! We called to try and have them make it right..nope..not their problem, apparently! Didn’t even offer to remake the food and have us pick it up ourselves.
