Counter personnel are lackadaisical and barely paying attention. I asked for Colby jack cheese and mayo and got neither. Had to board plane and didn’t have time to discover the issues until I was in the plane.

I get airport convenience, but that’s a cash grab.
I am usually a big fan of Chick . But would recommend a pass on this one. Food was not hot. Fries were soggy. Disappointing to say the least . Even the diet Dr Pepper seemed watered down 👎🏼

The breakfast sandwich biscuit was hard as a rock, cheese was hard, and it was not even warm. After taking one bite I threw it all out. To be fair, I did not ask them to correct it.
