So expensive not worth the amount it cost at all. The quality of the chicken has definitely decreased. Completely disappointed when biting into 2 knuckles in my sandwich. I couldn't even continue eating it ... The chicken chik fil a used to use would never be anything but premium. Cutting corners equals cutting quality.

Chick-fil-A is consistent on their food. Service is what's usually the difference. Took a couple of grandkids to grab a bite after a movie. Found a table and order via the QR code on the table. Food was delivered quickly. Half of the drinks came a few minute. Went to the counter to retrieve the other sodas and reminded them we have a couple of shakes also. 10 minutes later went to get those. Also had to get the kids ice cream treat. I've never had worse service at a Chick-fil-A. Also the kids complained because there's no kids zone play area. We will not return to that location.

Me and my family were about to walk in today but before going in we saw a couple bring in their 2 dogs. One was small and one was big which was a shepherd and they shed a lot. We waited in hopes somebody would tell them they had to sit outside with 2 dogs in a restaurant but they didn’t come out after 20 minutes so we left. There is outside sitting.
I’m highly allergic to dogs and cats.

I got a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru, and every staff member I encountered was SO nice! When I got to the window the employee greeted me by name and gave me a free cookie as well! Loved my experience here and will definitely be returning. (Also, everything was delicious)
