My family and I came in for the 3 for me! We had the pleasure of being served by Billy, he was one of the best waiters we’ve ever had! Everything came out perfectly! The sirloin was juicy and seasoned well. The burger was cooked perfectly, all the toppings were fresh! Billy never left us needing anything. His relaxed, friendly manner really made the experience truly enjoyable!

We came because literally everything shutdown at 9:00 due to it being off season. But we didn’t allow that to stop our fun , took me and my four year old to Chili’s. I’ve never had a server as sweet as Cindy. She was very involved and personable and our food came fast! I usually don’t do chain restaurants while on vacation but it was a sweet surprise ! If you’re looking for a change of pace and just want a light meal and great service look no further.

This is my first time ever going to chilli's and they did not disappoint!! First off our server, Daphne was very attentive, kind, helpful, and welcoming. Welcomed us in with a warm smile and took our order. We may have waited 15-30 minutes for our food. During the duration of our wait she refilled our drinks and constantly checked on us. The food was immaculate (compliments to the chef/cooks). The ribs were some of the best ribs ive ever had. The tenderism was immaculate. Theres not enough words to describe this experience to the fullest. At the end she bagged up our food, brought out our to go cups with the sweetest messages on them. Thank you Daphne and the rest of the chilli's staff for making my first experience so enjoyable! I will be returning to this location.

It was our travel day and we were looking forward something close to the hotel. We decided on chiles because you can never go wrong with their chicken crispers. We had a very nice and efficient server. The drinks and the food were very good. We will be back!

My experience in this location was terrible , the waitress wouldn’t give me any refills , we had to wait over an hour for our food. As seen there was a piece of METAL in someone’s food. And many complaints around us while we was sitting waiting for our food. The bathrooms are very nasty and they won’t flush , and the bathrooms got gnats flying around the toilet seats and area.

We walked in at 8:31 & got our food at 9:31 on the DOT. There were a lot of workers so no low staff. There were many complaints. One person had plastic in their sandwich. And I wanted over 10 mins for a refill after telling the waitress I needed it. The service was terrible! I don’t recommend coming here!
