China Apple is a hidden gem which I was so pleased to discover. Since moving to the Myrtle Beach area 5 years ago, I’d been searching for a restaurant who actually makes some Cantonese dishes. I ask at every Chinese restaurant I visit here if they can make (for example) Cantonese chow mein, but not a single one- until China Apple- had even HEARD of the dish. Food was tasteless I ordered the house special Lo Mein there were a couple of shrimp and I did notice some very finally minced pork but it was mostly noodles I also ordered deep fried scallops which were so uniform in size and shape I believe they were processed and just heated up they were also tasteless. I will not be going back there again.
