Chipotle Mexican Grill

The atmosphere space was a bit cramped with less room to move around, but overall, everything was good.

I was waiting in line for 10 minutes. Then the worker said that she's taking only online orders. Question to manager. How does this work??

Waste of time. They don't take dine in orders.

Friendly staff, great food.

We came in on a Friday night at 7 o’clock. They were out of the new honey chicken, steak and chips. All of the indoor trash cans were over flowing and one of the long high top tables was halfway taken over by the staffs purses, paper work and other belongings that the use during training or something. The workers seemed overwhelmed and not enthusiastic to be making food at the establishment they work in. This place needs more hands and better management. Most of the other tables were dirty as well so for the price and atmosphere I don’t recommend..

Place is gross! Just walked in, looked around and took family out.

Chipotle is so freaking bland. It is so generic and spice less. Not to mention one of the tables nearest where you pick up your food is littered with all of the employees partially consumed beverages. Someone had some AG1 or the like mixed up in a water bottle and I thought it was like a bottle you see at a party that people have put cigarette butts in. The littered table is very off-putting.

this is absolutely crazy, there is no exaggeration to the story. I went in and ordered a burrito, got to the end of the line and asked for lettuce The one thing that you really should never have a problem running out of. they told me they were completely out of lettuce. then out of the corner of my eye, I see on the other cold bar, that there is lettuce. I told them there is lettuce right there. she then said, well we don’t have a lot of lettuce and have to be careful how we use it. so sorry you can’t have any. First of all… WHAT. secondly, how do you decide who gets lettuce? I told them that, I was good and I didn’t want it, and left the burrito there. very rude and messed up. I would comment on the food, but apparently not worthy of the lettuce

If you order Uber eats pray it doesn't come from this restaurant. They are absolutely the worst, and customer service is garbage.

Grabbed lunch with my wife and kids today. It was busy during the lunch rush as could be expected. Kids couldnt finish the adult meal as could be expected. Couldn’t get anyone’s attention so I took upon myself to grab a to go bag so we could pack up our stuff and clear out. DO NOT DO THAT. I was quickly scolded for not asking!!!! Make sure you ask for the bag first. Even if they refuse to look in your direction. Better yet…….maybe get back in the original line to request a to go bag. Definitely do not take it upon yourself to expedite. Food was good as per usual but I can’t stress this enough……..don’t go for the paper bag very close to the check out location where the person is working hard to fill the online orders while not attempting to look in your direction without asking. You may also get scolded!! Full disclosure I should have waited and asked for the dang bag (no matter how long it took) as would be the polite thing to do. I also know people are the worst myself included.

Jeffrey is the MAN! Best Chipotle experience I’ve ever received.
The type of employee that makes your customers want to come back to that specific location. I will go out of my way to come to THIS Chipotle, specifically due to Jeffrey & the rest of the staff at this location. Exceptional customer experience. Food was great as usual, no surprise there.
