Obviously y'all have employees that dont know how to read...I placed a delivery order and didn't receive sour cream OR cheese on either one of my items we ordered ...You'd think Chipotle would take pride in their to go orders when people pay almost $40 for just 2 items plus Chips !!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The bowl was good but we spent almost 10.00 for chips and guacamole. The chips were stale and the guacamole was too salty to eat. When I told them, they said thanks for letting us know. No offer of reimbursement or anything.

We drove 45 minutes just for my son to get chipotle which is his favorite.
However when we arrived the staff made it clear they had no chicken, no steak, no sour cream. The females also had their hair down and were gossiping back and forth and it was quite dirty within the restaurant.
We also asked if they had carne asada. The person then said “ what the heck is that?”
In the end we walked out. Not the best experience or clean atmosphere

I ordered a bowl from them seems no extra meat like I paid for and the bowl looked half empty. What a disgrace I know it is near closing time but shouldn't treat customers like this.

I don't like posting negative reviews, but Chipotle in general has really gotten bad since the pandemic. About half of the locations suffer from numerous issues and this one was no exception.
* No chicken for any meals
* No fajita mix
* Most of the fountain drinks were not working
* Trash cans were overflowing
On the positive side the staff was cheerful and had a positive attitude, but this doesn't make up for the basic needs of this restaurant.
