This place was a total mess... Not one clean table. The bathroom was just as bad. I had to walk out!

How does a Chipotle run out of tortilla chips before 8:00 pm? They were losing sales because of pure laziness.
The food is good as always & the service was okay. The atmosphere was such that I took my food home, the dining room was a mess & all of the tables needed to be wiped down; the drink station was in desperate need of attention.
There was no one in line before us nor after us.

Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Picked up a to go order. Terrible service and when I got home it was tasteless and inedible. Ordered mild everything and they doused this thing with hot everything. I eat a chipotle all the time and I know what the mild salsa taste like. I also don’t know how something can be so spicy and yet so flavorless but you guys have cracked the case.

Food did not meet my expectations. It was cold and lacking in taste. Also found a little leaf in my food. Don't know if it is a part of the seasoning or not. Differently not worth the amount I spent (paid extra for cheese).

I’m a regular Chipotle customer, but this location is seriously damaging the brand. On July 31, I stopped in to order food for my wife and had the most disgusting fast food experience I’ve ever encountered.
They were out of cheese and lettuce, and the guacamole was brown. Worse, the kitchen area was filthy—trash was overflowing onto the floor, not just a little, but a shocking amount. I paid for the food but ended up going to Five Guys instead, just to give my wife a safer option. We ultimately threw the Chipotle food in the trash.
If management can’t meet basic cleanliness and service standards, this location shouldn’t be open

Please don’t waste your time at this Chipotle. There is one about 15-20 minutes down the road in north Myrtle that puts this one to shame. First I did a mobile order half chicken half steak and order guac on top and it didn’t come with the guac but they made sure I got charged for it. Next the bowl was only about half full. Please this place is a disgrace to the chipotle franchise, I promise you the one in north Myrtle will not disappoint.

The two men i engaged with were absolutely terrible. One being the manager and the other being the man who i believe was named Andre or Adrian. i asked for white rice with no cilantro, and at first andre told me no. i then said can i please speak to a manager, he walked away and came back 2 minutes later without the manager saying the rice would take an hour (it took 25 minutes so that just shows they were just trying to be rude). then it took multiples requests for them to actually put rice into our orders and each time andre disappeared behind walls with our food, which was very weird. then i finally encountered the manager and he pretended like he knew none of this , which i knew was true. they then refused to give me chicken from the togo bar bc they ran out from the main bar, but they ran out AFTER i had to wait for the rice. then the manager didn’t want to give me his name.
THANKFULLY chipotle customer service was very helpful and accommodating. i do hope this manager gets fired and all in all just has an over all bad day everyday.
