Chipotle Mexican Grill

Recently when I've gone to orher Chipotle locations the stores have been a mess. This location was much cleaner. The food was good and fresh. My only complaint was that the portion size of the protein they gave was too small. It seems like they could figure out how to be more consistent from store to store.

My family orders the same meal every time we come and the total is always $36 Got to the register and it was $44. The receipt said an extra charge for extra meat but i didn’t order extra. Worker had AirPods when i ordered so I’m thinking maybe he misheard me. Asked manager and the manager was rude, treated me like i was stupid saying “well I’ll take it off but just so you know when you ask for double meat you have to actually pay for double meat” and i said obviously i understand that but im telling you that i DIDNT ASK for double meat, if you want remake the burrito with regular meat because im not paying $8 for a half a scoop. Maybe if the employee didn’t have AirPods in he would have heard what i said.

We ordered delivery for lunch and one of our entrees was missing. There's no way to get in touch with anyone to get it resolved, only an automated phone service or an automated chatbot, neither of which were any help. Ended up paying an extra $20+ to just reorder it because the girl was starving and we didn't have time to go anywhere. Very disappointed that what could have been a simple fix was so frustrating.

This location in not my favorite location. It always feels dirty, they don’t give as much food as other locations and food doesn’t seem like it has much flavor. The people that work there don’t seem to be very friendly when I go in as well.

I got food poisoning yesterday from their chicken. Not that it matters but they also didn’t give me a refund for my order. Chipotle used to be one of my favorites but this location ruined it for me.

edit: I ended up calling the number they listed below & it was a robot. When I eventually got to an actual human they said there was nothing they could do. Just avoid this location it’s disgusting.

Cleanest Chipotle I have been too. Food was fresh. They made the fattest burrito ever and it didn't crack.

Only disappointment was they were out of prepared brisket and I would have to wait longer, but was happy with carnitas instead. Excellent service and food!

food is okay but the cashier said they didnt do water cups and was extremely rude and it was 16$ for a chicken bowl with no drinks and no chips or anything just a bowl worst place ive ever came

Food was just OK, but not the Chipotle I remember. It was expensive and mediocre at best. They apparently no longer offer shredded cheese either. So if you want any cheese, you have to pay for queso.

So the food is really good I can say that, but disgusting all the floor so dirty awful so you tried to eat and the tables all dirty, and well the people on front was a little stressful but well I can understand that but no the dirt

I had a brisket bowl. The brisket has a good flavor and is tender. The portion was generous, and everything tasted good. The only negative was that the place wasn't very clean. Most Chipotles aren't clean anymore.
