Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered online through the mobile app. For tacos there is no option for extra meat/toppings like other items. Not only did they not add extra steak, despite adding a more than generous tip. They skimped and added a minuscule amount and an ignorant comment on the box. Mediocre food, horrible service.

Terrible location. Never sees any foot traffic so everything just sits. I have gone about 5 or 6 times now, no more!! The staff is such a joke. Today, not one person at the grill, cash register, or the line! A couple days ago, a man-woman with a shoulder sling on was working the register. So uncomfortable bc I didn’t know if I should say thank you ma’am or sir. It was wearing a bra so idk.

Our burrito bowls were good, but the guacamole and chips were disappointing. The guacamole tasted like it had bell pepper in it and the chips were stale. They didn't snap, they bent and were chewy. I tested chips throughout the bag, and they were all very stale.

Employee was rude and gave us the wrong order literally had someone else's name on the burrito but don't worry yall they won't mess up the bag 🧍🏽

I had the best experience coming here today !!! The people were so friendly and the man serving today was outstanding!!! Their carne asada looked so good and was fresh off the grill and with the new sauce it just hit different. I normally get regular steak but after trying this it is my new favorite!!! Also there chips were probably the best I’ve had at any chipotle 10/10 recommend and definitely worth the trip!!!!

My experience was great and the food was amazing. I was a little concerned when reading the reviews, but they have everything else needed and the lady gave me a really good bowl.

Just did mobile order through chipotle app. My order was ridiculously specific (I’m trying super hard to stay healthy pregnant) and it was made literally perfect! Food was ready on time, tasted fresh and delicious. But the best part was that all ingredients followed my obnoxious directions (on side, light, extra etc.). Thank you so so so much. And for anyone reading tip your service workers, it can be a brutal job!

UPDATE: not only is Tristan the best employee in the entire chipotle organization, he may very well be the best food service employee in the known universe. Will report back once I can confirm.
