Tasty Italian fare...lasagna, chicken parm and the meatballs were especially good. Does get busy on weekend evenings so don't forget a reservation.

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. The hostess was so pleasant and the waiter was very friendly and prompt. Our meals of eggplant parm and chicken parm were delicious and our friend loved his scallops over parpadelle. We can't wait to go back!

Food was excellent and service was great. Got to meet the chef/owner and very nice. Lights in the ceiling kept surging so a little distracting but was still worth it. The carbonara with chicken was excellent and shrimp with polenta was delicious!!

Its always fantastic. Im first generation italian/american. Im very particular about eating at italian restaurants and i love Ciao! Service is great, bread is a winner ( can be a deal-breaker) food is authentic and delicious. Try the shrimp and polenta.

Had a great lunch of salmon and veggies special. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Good but not great. Apps were A+, entree ok. I will try again but just for Happy Hours to sample more of the food. Server just did his job, no attempt to connect with the table.

Great food and incredible, attentive service. The lobster tail rissoto appetizer was exceptional!

I cannot even describe how amazing this restaurant is in a review. The ambience is 10 out of 10. The staff is so accommodating and absolutely amazing and attentive, but the food the food is everything and I am telling you that this place is the best restaurant in Myrtle Beach. If you love Italian food like I do then you do not want to miss Ciao. I’m actually a Myrtle Beach local and it’s my favorite restaurant so if you are visiting, you need to come here because it will be the highlight of your culinary experience while you are here! Even my 12-year-old son asked me to bring him to Ciao for their fettuccine Alfredo although last week I had a Chilean Seabass with crab over an angel hair pasta with spinach and capers, and it was so phenomenal. I ate every bite. If you’re in Myrtle Beach run, don’t walk to Ciao Italian restaurant. You can thank me later!

Disappointed that Sean wasn't working, but Lily was a pleasure! Food is consistently good. My husband has discovered he likes Alfredo with chicken 😊 I'm in a rut - love the Chicken Francaise with extra spinach! The restaurant has expanded since we started going, but that's the only change so we keep going back! Look forward to enjoying a meal there whenever in Myrtle Beach.

Best Italian food in Myrtle Beach ! Very welcoming atmosphere the minute you walk in. Seating at the bar with Vera is the best ! Excellent drinks & Constantly bringing new fun drinks to the menu. The food is 10/10 !!! Every dish is beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients and always delicious ! Will def make you want to come back ! Owners are always the kindest ! They always come and check on you and ensure you’re having a phenomenal experience ! Highly recommend !!

I absolutely adore this place. The service is wonderful, as well as the food & beverage. I personally make it a point to visit every Friday or Saturday, because the servers are phenomenal- as well as the owner Claudia (who is very present for her clientele). Vara, the Managing Bartender creates a fantastic specialty cocktail every week that I never get bored of trying. Take yourself somewhere nice to eat!

Wonderful food. Shrimp and sausage lemon crème sauce was an unexpected surprise.  Drab exterior hides a classy modern interior. Highly recommend!
