Great food, ambience and value. This is our second time coming here. We will be back next year
Had a super night out for dinner starting with the pleasant welcome of our server Sean . He presented the specials for the night , got our drinks and placed our special orders for the night. His visits back were timely and appreciated We had the spinach walnut raviolis and chicken piccata By the way great choices Pricing was fine and portions generous. Ciao is one of our favorites in Myrtle and can highly recommend them and Sean our server Don't miss out on a great experience that Ciao provides
Wait staff is efficient and friendly and professional. Food is delicious. Proportions are smallish for the price. Seating is too tight. No privacy-it was like eating with the table next to us!
Really really good food. And very friendly restaurant. We love it. We’ll come back again.❤️❤️🍽️🍽️
We were in town for vacation and found this place, we made our reservation through open table and it worked perfectly. It was definitely an enjoyable experience and a great meal in a sea of tourist traps! Would definitely recommend!
We came back to our Myrtle Beach condo to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary and we always make it a point to dine at Ciao whenever we're in town. We discovered Ciao over 12 years ago and, though it has grown in size, the quality of their dining experience has grown even better with time. Shawn, our waiter, was personable and very helpful. The halibut special was wonderful and the Exotic Bomba dessert is one of our favorite desserts anywhere. Unlike our Charleston area dining, you don't pay an exorbitant amount of money for a small amount of food. The prices are reasonable, considering the delicious offerings and the portions were bountiful enough that we had to take home boxes of leftovers to enjoy the next day. We will keep coming back to Ciao whenever we're in Myrtle Beach.
We love going to the Italian restaurant. Food is good. Service is even better noise level with a little high tonight. That's not the norm. We go there every time. We're here at the beach. Tim is my favorite waiter. If he's not available, I asked for Alexa — they both take care of us and the food is delicious.
Service was a little slow, but it was good. The food was delicious.

The only downside when making our reservations online they asked if it was a special occasion I said yes our 23 wedding anniversary on 2/14 didn’t even acknowledge 😞 other than that food was good

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner. Our waiter Tim was outstanding. Kitchen customized my salmon special to accommodate my needs. Everything was great from eggplant rollotini, salad, pasta and crème brûlée
Pretty decent local place I had the grouper, was not too happy about the billing. Charging two dollars extra for anchovies, which should be in a Caesar salad already was just wrong. you should ask how much every bit of the menu is and whether anything is extra cost just to be safe.

The food and service at Ciao is excellent. The atmosphere and decor is "average". Still the best Italian in the Myrtle Beach market so check it out.
