The girl working the counter was very unpleasant. She didn’t greet us, make eye contact, smile, or thank us. We didn’t get what we ordered. She spoke so soft we couldn’t hear her. Two sausage, egg, and cheese bagels turned into 2 smoked sausage croissants. I’ve seen similar complaints in the reviews.

I love Cinnabon! This one isn’t really all that bad. Unpleasant service from staff seems to be given to customers who are particularly unpleasant themselves. Don’t believe the bad reviews you read. They are written by people who have nothing better to do with their time. I don’t understand why people waste their time trashing establishments with hard working employees. Our communities would greatly improve without all these haters. Peace

Good to know other reviews are the same. Young black woman with braids is very unfriendly and I told her that to her face. She scoffs. I walk away with a snack. The entire transaction was awkward as she has no customer service skills. Too bad bc I like the products.

ANTOINETTE A ROPER

I was number 2 in line. I ordered a 16oz black coffee. The girl never smiled, said good morning…kiss my toe or nothing. She spoke so low could barely hear her. As I’m waiting for this 1 coffee that I guess they had to fly to Colombia to get. Other customers after me orders were coming up. They had to ask other customers was it theirs because this girl either said it so low or said nothing at all. She would just sit the items on the counter and walk away. Theeeen as she was fixing one customer coffee she rubbed her nose. If people don’t want these jobs don’t apply for them. No one at all was rude to this girl or difficult even after she showed no public skills. Just awful. I waited for that coffee for 15 minutes. It’s not even a case were she said that it’s brewing or nothing. Finally one of the other girls asked me what was I waiting on. I said just a 16oz black coffee. She went straight to the coffee pot and got my coffee. The girl at the register was horrible. When she gave me my change she dropped a quarter on the coin as she was putting in my hand. She didn’t say sorry grunt or make a sound. I picked the quarter up. Who ever owns this place needs to really re-evaluate their workers unless they are just as bad.

Have to agree with the other horrible reviews. Customer service was terrible. Their work preference would be to do nothing and get paid. Got attitude when everyone in our group ordered food. That meant they had to do work. I think they rather cater to the airport workers and not the visitors. Do yourself a favor and don’t start or end your trip here!

Horrible experience. No smile. No thank you. Very rude . When I asked "how many bonabites do u get?", she replied :" as you can see there are 4 in a sleeve." Rhen I also requested ice caramel latte and she made a hot coffee instead. When I mentioned the error she stated. "I only made what you asked for. This is what you said. Then she dumped the hot coffee over a couple of ice cubes and handed it back to me. Now I'm stuck with warm latte. The ice cubes melted immediately. Do not recommend this place

You have to give it a star. Otherwise i would not have. I was given a Cinnamon roll in a cardboard box that the unfriendly to the point of being rude help microwaved. Absolutely the worst Cinnabon Cinnamon bun I've ever purchased from Florida to NC. For an almost tasteless, hard, lukewarm, "gourmet" cinnamon bun with a small coffee I paid $8.67. Please don't waste your money. Cinnabons are supposed to be hot and gooey, not tough and hard. BTW, I specifically asked the less than cordial server if my bun was freshly made. Of course she assured me that it was fresh out of the oven. Focus Brands really needs to get a handle on the Cinnabon product and presentation.

Do not waste your money on anything that has to be prepared. Staff is incompetent and won't even tell you when your food is done. Food will not be prepared properly. It's edible but that's with the positives end. Worker laughed as I walked away with a screwed up order! Charged $15 for one thing nonetheless. Can't stress enough to dodge this last resort and hold out for something else.

Horrible customer service. I asked for something simple and they said no. When I said I don’t want my coffee, the person at register quickly said “ok” with a smile. I’m a small business owner and I know what true customer service should be. My experience was absolutely horrible. Best to get your coffee elsewhere.

Nothing is worse than waiting and hoping for a Cinnabon to eat while waiting for your flight, only to find out that they close three hours before their posted time. They close at 6 pm not 9 pm

Workers show no coirtesy at all, and the cinnabon bun we had was cold, dry and felt like very old. I am a fan and an old customer of cinnabon chain. This branch at Myrtle beach airport is the worst.

I must say I love Cinnabon buns. I always ask and sometime can get them to give me an extra little box of the topping and then put more on each with a plastic knife. I buy box to take home or for the ride in the car. They never make it home. service was friendly and fast. They turn over a lot so ours were very fresh. We did buy two boxes the last time as we were having family over for tea/coffee. what a nice treat.
