As others have said, they don't cook the cinnamon rolls enough OR add enough cinnamon to the roll. The bottom half of the "roll" is just dough, without cinnamon or frosting. Mentioned this to the staff, and in response one of the women just smiled. They have to know the product is garbage. I've been to many Cinnabons in different states, this one is hands down the worst.
Will NEVER give them my business. Asked the black bigger lady that was working 12/12/25 around 2ish if I could get some warm water for my babies bottle and she refused. Even offered to buy something. I could clearly see the sink 2 steps behind her and pointed it out, she still said no.
