This is a nice place if you're looking for fresh food and low carb meals as well, my husband loves the keto deserts. My only complaint would be that the smoothie are not made with fresh fruit. They are made with some sort of syrup and whey protein.

I drove 35 minutes after checking their website to see that they were open only to find a sheet of paper on the door saying they were not open on Thursday and Friday evenings anymore. The place looked in bad repair and weeds were everywhere. Looks like proper physical maintenance as well as website maintenance are being ignored. All leaning towards questionable service and cleanliness in their food prep.

Stopped in to pick Uber eats, claimed app wasn't on then claimed customer didn't pay. Felt like staff could care less about customer who was waiting for her lunch to be delivered . I won't be picking up Uber Eats there anymore.

As a vegetarian I just moved here after traveling the country & have been disappointed with the vegetarian and healthy options around. I was very much optimistic upon hearing of this restaurant! I arrived with my partner & the outside of the restaurant was very modern and clean. The inside is rather dead & lacking of personality, the person working the register said typically they're much busier so I may have just came at a slow time. The eating area seemed very nice, I was extremely disappointed & off-put by the wall signs many of which were promoting negative relationships with food & body issues, not a good look for a health crave restaurant. The side of "mac & cheeze" wasn't your typical mac & cheese, it came with bits of onions or peppers which I would've liked to know prior to ordering, many children would hate this especially if expecting traditional mac and cheese. I ordered the "Clean Eatz" burger with no bacon, both mine & my partner's came out completely plain, although the staff was very friendly & quickly fixed the issue by bringing out the correct items. The tomatoes, my favorite part of a burger, were very soft/squishy & nearing the end of their serve-able life. The lettuce however was extremely crisp and tasty. The prices were decently fair. Overall it was a solid experience that I would recommend, however I think there's definitely a lot of points for improvement and things people should be aware of before coming as certain decor could cause major issues mentally for a vast majority of customers.

I had the pleasure of going to Clean Eatz in the spring and summer of this year with two friends. Had LOVED many of the menu items. However, on our most recent visit we were sadly disappointed. We can understand a price increase and also now being charged for the iced tea (previously inc. with lunch) but corporate also saw fit to change how some of the food is made. We had really loved the Philly Flatbread but now it is terrible!!!!! Now served on a paper-thin wafer, it is dry & crumbles while attempting to eat. The filling also tasted different - no juicy. My friend had the Watch Your Waist and also said it was not as good as it used to be. Notice on the website, the pictures of the flatbreads is not accurate at all. The pictures show what they used to serve. The current items look totally different. Very sad to see how what once WAS a good food item can go so terribly wrong.

I have always been very pleased with the staff and the meals. However the last couple days had been a bit disappointing. I understand being new but please pay attention to the orders. This is twice that my order has been completely wrong. I will continue to go here because I love the food (when it’s right) and it’s so convenient for me.

food is great here, but I was upset I took the drive to carolina forest to hear it was meal prep pick up only??? why is this not posted somewhere and I’ve never heard of this being a thing where its not dine-in? was this random bc a cook didn’t show up? utterly confusing and upsetting.
