First time and the sushi was absolutely delicious. We sat at the bar and enjoyed great service from Ambi. The place overall was very active and loud, but we were able to enjoy a conversation and the vibrant atmosphere.

I go to the place all the time! Some sushi are really nice and the lunch poke bowl is amazing. But most of the food is so much oversalted, we have said that couple of times to the servers but seems like the kitchen doesn’t care too much, not sure if they don’t taste the food before serving 😬
Not a big deal but would be cool if was fixed

Simply awful experience. We ordered and waited over an hour without receiving any food. No one came by to check on us or offer an explanation. The only acknowledgment we received was a brief, dismissive “we’re busy,” which felt rude and unprofessional.
A little customer service goes a long way. Even a quick apology, an update, or something small like offering free edamame would have made a difference. Instead, we were left sitting there for an hour, completely ignored. When we finally got up to leave, it was as if we were invisible—no one said a word or even looked our way.
Having lived in Japan for six years and speaking the language, I can confidently say that what I witnessed at the sushi bar showed a complete lack of understanding of how a sushi bar should be run.
After an hour, the only interaction we had with our waiter was us asking about our food, only to be told again, “we’re busy.”
Terrible experience overall.

we were just there and wait 20 minutes and no one greeted us. we would understand if the were busy but the first sight we saw as we walked in was the servers standing in the corner of the bar in their phones and laughing. i was a server and wouldn’t let money walk away like that.
UPDATEEEE: my review still stands. the manager insinuated i was lying. i called and he asked us to come back in. and we did. the serve was rude at first. he did fix himself halfway through. anyways last time in this establishment. all in all not happy. i know ill sound selfish but he did even comp the right meal.

I got a Singapore Volcano roll, it was some of the best sushi I've ever had, and I've had a lot of sushi. Service was great and the entire area was great, outside of an incident outside that had nothing to do with how awesome this place was.

Unfortunately will not be returning. Walked in on this Saturday. Not busy. Bartender, and. 3 waiters did not look my way, didn’t acknowledge either. Tell me take a seat anywhere. Tell me you’ll be right with me,,, just acknowledge and i wouldve waited. Such a shame. Good food but this was unacceptable.

Stopped in around 12:45pm, took roughly 34 minutes to get 2 apps and Pho, the Pork &Ginger Gyoza was Luke warm and tasted store bought. The Park & Crab rolls weren't very good as well. Pho came with onions when they were asked to 86 them. Overall I found this time to be not the best we've had. Wife and I agreed it's the last time we'll be going.
**Would like to add that my stomach was upset 3 hours later. Many bathroom visits happened.

I’ve been here many times and have not had a bad experience. I want to specifically mention Kam and her hospitality and attentiveness. I come here every Sunday and she has served me flawlessly. The food is always amazing and the service is beyond expectations. I would recommend everyone come here for their sushi needs.

The food here is great, seriously the best sushi I’ve ever had, manager was nice and respectful but my server was horrible this past Sunday was the second time I’ve been here in a row that my server was just plain awful/rude and I’m a server myself (have been for 10years)and NEVER complain because I’ve had bad days at work. I don’t know the man’s name who waited on me because he never bothered to tell me. Upon walking into the restaurant I was told to seat myself the table I chose was visibly dirty he never offered to wipe it off. He threw the menus down at me and said “want water?” No introduction nothing, while eating my food another table sits down he clean off the table for them gets there drinks, comes back to take there order while taking there order he sits on my table I’m eating at.
Later my sister asked for a refill, he takes both of our glasses and just fills them up with drink no ice, I was drinking soda water and because there was no ice I was literally having to hold my straw in my cup because it would fly out of my cup if not, we did not ask for no ice. Then when we go to pay he sits another tables dirty dishes in front of my sister to take her payment. Just really disappointed especially because it not cheap I spent $40 on lunch just for myself. I love this place but I feel unwelcome when i eat here. Guess I’ll just do takeout only from now on if I decide to come back.

Some of the best and fresh sushi I have ever had. However the service sucks . My sister who was with me has come a couple times by herself and said every time the servers are rude . I went with her this time and just very unfriendly and unprofessional. We walked in and were told to sit wherever we wanted . We sat outside at a four top bc it was the only one in the sun. Other than being not very friendly the server did things that were weird . Like when he was serving and helping the table beside us would like kinda sit on our table . Like his butt was on our table while helping them which was weird. Then I finished my drink and asked for more water and he took both our drinks and brought us water with 0 ice . My sister had soda water that still had ice in it when he took it and he dumped it out and didn’t put more in. Then when it was time to pay we asked to split the bill in half and he had someone else's dirty dish that he had picked up from another table before asking if we were ready and sat someone else’s dirty bowl in front of me. Like I said food was amazing but service sucked. We both still tipped 20% because maybe he was just having a bad day .

We love it here. We come here all the time. Ambrianna always gives amazing service, and great recommendations. As someone who is new to eating sushi and typically avoids trying it. She recommended the Thai Salmon Roll since i am still iffy on eating raw fish. I decided the day was the day to try something new. Oh boy it was delicious and my new go to thing to order here. She recommended for my wife the Curry Laska since she was looking for something soup like and spicy. My wife said that was definitely the pick and wants to get it more.

I’ve been here a handful of times but tonight I sat at the bar with my boyfriend. Kamryn was waiting on us and she was AWESOME! very personable, sweet, and gave great recommendations! Will definitely ask for her next time we stop in!

Co Sushi should not legally be allowed to serve raw fish.
The sushi here tastes like it was shipped in on the Titanic and then left out on a radiator for two days.
Every bite felt like a gamble between “maybe this will be okay” and “this is how I die in a Walgreens bathroom.”
The rice was not rice — it was sticky, warm, hydration-deprived sadness. Like someone microwaved cheap grocery store rice, stirred it with hand sanitizer, and called it “Japanese inspired.”
The fish?
If you told me they found it on the floor of a Bass Pro Shops parking lot after a hot July weekend — I’d believe you.
Texture was like old wet paper towels.
Flavor was like a refrigerator that’s been unplugged since 2018.
Even the ginger tasted expired.
And the soy sauce packets looked like they were refilled from someone’s leftover Chinese takeout drawer.
Servers looked ashamed.
Customers looked spiritually defeated.
The vibe was like a funeral for food safety.
I’ve had gas station sushi that felt LESS like a crime.
Avoid unless you enjoy making direct eye contact with mortality while chewing.
