Coccadotts Cake Shop

Ordered a custom cake online to celebrate a wedding anniversary with a group gathering at the beach. Everyone raved about the appearance and the taste of the cake. Ordering was easy and the shop gave suggestions to compliment my inspiration photo. I couldn’t have been more pleased and would highly recommend this bakery.

I purchased a 4 pk variety of cupcakes. Unfortunately each one was very dry, not fresh at all. I was very disappointed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience with the cupcakes. OAN, the specialized cakes are good but they are made to order so I’m sure that makes a difference.

I had a disappointing experience with this bakery. The staff was unaccommodating and came across as rude when I tried to make adjustments to my cake order. Despite providing clear details, the final cake was not what I expected and left me completely unsatisfied. I had hoped for a more professional and customer-focused experience, especially given the occasion.

What I ordered vs what I got. I don’t know if they got a different designer. I didn’t even post my cake. I didn’t even eat a slice from. It is still in the brown box. They gave it to me and I am so disappointed and this totally ruined my birthday. I don’t know where the original cake designer is, but they must be on vacation.

Staff is totally confused about their role, get a clue- The nicer you are to people the more they shop with you.

Hire employees that understand being hospitable, not just show up and get a check brought this attitude up to the owner and the owner had a worse attitude

If you want people spend money, then treat them nice, the way that you would like to be treated.

You lost my business forever not that it will matter to you. I’m sure..

We were traveling for a special birthday and needed a cake made on short notice , it was absolutely beautiful ! My daughter loved it 🥰 . The details were amazing . It was a beach cake with sand and shells , but even better it was so good when we tasted it ! Thank you ! They are very talented. The baker working was very polite and helpful , we took our candles out to take a pic

I just googled nearby bakeries for a sweet treat and this was the first result I got! When I walked, I was greeted with smiles and ended up getting four flavors of cupcakes, which were all so delicious 😋. Will definitely make this a stop when I come back for vacation again!!

Ordered a 50th birthday cake, with extra cupcakes, all with a road signs theme. The cake looked fabulous, the road signs were hilarious, and the cake was just delicious - the best sponge I have ever had, light and not dry at all. The staff were great, so thank you to all concerned!

Such a cute shop! Loved the samples, so many cupcakes to choose from. The guy working didn't say hi to us or anything when we came in, he was kinda quiet but he was able to help us with our order and told us his favorite was the strawberry milkshake cupcake. All the cupcakes were so cute and look amazing! We are so glad we came in today.

Was looking for a birthday cake to celebrate my mom’s birthday while on vacation and found Coccadotts! I was able to order it for the same week and it was absolutely beautiful! The cake was delicious and my mom loved the details! Thanks again! 🎂
