Place was absolutely packed. There was only one guy and one teenage girl on shift. They handled the line very quick and fast despite the stressful environment. They were very clean and made sure to wash their hands behind every ice cream they made despite the rush. I tipped them both a $20 to split between them. Didn’t get their names but it was a girl with pigtails and a man looking to be in his fourties. Yall need to hire way more help or start giving out some raises.

Love some cold stone but this location seriously needs to spend the money and staff the store correctly. 3 times in a row on vacation I’ve tried to go here and ended up leaving because the line is so long and there is only 1 or 2 people doing everything trying to keep up.

It’s very surprising only 2 people were on shift on a busy night. These two women seem to be juggling a whole store of a long line just them two making the ice cream & working the cash register. I’m shocked at this scheduling of having only 2 employees for making the ice cream & running the cash register. Man, are these two girls working hard on a Monday to maintain a store, they’re incredible workers.

I waited in line for 58 minutes before I ordered. There were two workers at the time and one of them went to the back to wash dishes while there was a line out the door.

Sunday before July 4th and only two employees were working. Took 40 minutes to get from the door to the ice cream. They did the best they could and were fearless with the line of customers. Super nice. I want management to know the employees were doing the best they could. Ice cream was perfect. The family enjoyed it.

Was really busy the night we were there. The staff was slow and talked to the customers non stop and weren't efficient. Plus the display was super dirty! The other location we visited on Broadway at the beach earlier in the week was much better! The ice cream was good but the facility and service can use some work!

The female closing the store on May 24, 2024 was very unprofessional. Long line of people and all she wanted to do was complain out loud about her job. Then she told my daughter in law that we didnt need to get anything other than a small size ice cream for my 2 year old granddaughter, stating she would be hyper if not. She then asked me what time it was, I told her 8:54 and she told her coworker to go lock the door because she didn't want to get stuck there any longer than she had too. The coworker jumps the counter, locks the door, then jumps back across. Just not a good experience. There is a “NOW HIRING” sign on the door…hope they can find better help.

We were hungry one evening on our vacation so we stopped at the creamery for some ice cream. My husband and I each got a scoop of plain vanilla in a bowl and the price was $17.00! I think I will just pass that place right up from now on. We didn’t care for the ice cream either. It was off season and it tasted old! No thank you! We will go to Walmart and buy 4 half gallons for that price!
The bathroom wasn’t clean and the whole place smelled terrible. Nothing in there honestly looked clean. I was highly disappointed.
