Couldn’t even get greeted without being disrespected by the staff. She was so rude we walked out. So many better ice cream options, go somewhere else.

Walked in with husband around 1:20pm today, 11/13. Waited in empty front end for 2 or 3 minutes with no sign of employees. Heard a toilet flush, person came out of bathroom and straight into the back room. Waited another minute or two for person to wash hands and come out front to greet us and take our order, but sadly it did not happen. Apparently this location is only pretending to be open for business? We ended up leaving and got ice cream elsewhere. Shame. Your employee(s) are doing a disservice to this location, sadly.

My friend and I waited while the other girls were just talking and laughing and then when it came for me to order, the jamaican girl had a nasty attitude because I wanted MY ice cream to be the way I wanted it to be. If I'm paying for it, I have the right to want it to be the way I'd like it to be. Paid $8 for a small and although it was good, def overpriced and the service I received was far from professional. Will not be returning and I am a local!!

A bunch of scammers. I wanted a receipt but the cashier refused to give it to me and instead ripped it up and threw it away right in front of me. I paid cash so I believe it was an attempt to conceal the money that he stole ?

I loved it, I came here because a Ad from Myrtle waves, it looked so good. So I went today, and tried the new despicable me 4 one and it was so good, same with the ice cream sandwich with sprinkles

I am very dissatisfied with the level of service my group and I received on a Saturday afternoon during a holiday weekend @ Broadway. Close to 8ppl working behind the counter and a 20 min wait. One of the workers saw one of the ladies in my party standing at the counter as it was her turn to order and she was overlooked and the person behind her was asked for their order. When the worker was corrected and asked to apologize, she literally clinched & gritt her teeth together in refusal and then messed up the ice-cream order. WRONG RESPONSE!!!! Every person that walks into YOUR establishment spending their hard earned money should be greeted with a smile & deserves an apology for a bad assumption. It’s called Customer Service. It’s a part of what you do. Bad service AND a 20 min wait for a scoop. No thank you. We won’t be back.

If you have trouble with dairy DO NOT try the almond milk ice creams. They seem dairy free but they are not. Trust me.

Here on vacation and took my son to get ice cream. Walked in, wasn't greeted immediately and there weren't any other customers in the shop. A young girl proceeded to take our order and as soon as she was finished getting my son's order, she walked away. She continued to talk with other co-workers and this lasted about 3-5 minutes. Long enough to where my son asked if we didn't have to pay. Then she finally came back and asked if I wanted anything. Mind you, this was after she played, joked around and spoke with 3 or 4 other co-workers. She was not wearing gloves when handling the ice cream and working on the orders. As someone who has recently worked in the food service industry, not wearing gloves, pulling out your Bluetoothear bud, then proceeding to assist customers with their orders without washing your hands is completely unacceptable. The other workers were joking around and talking small talk as well. The kid ringing up the orders had no clue who's order was who's (as more customers came in after us). Overall, this location has made me not want to return to a Coldstone.

My husband and went in to get ice cream! I wanted the blueberry pie and they were out of two of the ingredients! My husband order the founders and they were out of the fudge! How can you run a business without the supplies to satisfy the customer.

My friend and I walked in 15 mins before close. They were packed but still friendly and quick. Noah was a huge help. He even gave me a military discount which I greatly appreciate. I’ll definitely be coming to this location again!!

I like going to the cold stone chain BUT this cold stone is terrible.
