My friend and I walked in 15 mins before close. They were packed but still friendly and quick. Noah was a huge help. He even gave me a military discount which I greatly appreciate. I’ll definitely be coming to this location again!!

This establishment really exceeded my expectations. I ordered a Love It of the Chocolate Devotion, and it was fantastic. The worker there was very friendly, and he made my order perfect. As he rang me out, I asked him his name. He politely responded “Kevin”. I highly recommend this store because of its friendly staff and great options to choose from.

I got a medium cheesecake fantasy, the ice cream was delicious but I was very disappointed to find frozen berries which took away from the flavor. Having paid $10 for a medium ice cream I expect fresh berries. Especially in summertime.
Standing here at 9:27 and they are closed when it clearly states 11 if you wanna close early change your business hours or hire people that actually wanna work

Love Cold Stone Creamery!! So glad they have one of these in Myrtle. It was very busy but so worth the wait. Delicious ice cream and great customer service!! Definitely check this out while at Broadway at the beach

My experience start out by being ignored. Nobody asked me what I would like. After I finally got to order a vanilla milkshake the girl didn’t fill the cup all the way so she just put a scoop of vanilla icecream in the cup to make it look like the milkshake was full. I tried to sip the milkshake and the straw broke. I went back in for a new straw the employee whispered to her coworker “she came back.” Not sure what there issue was with me, but whatever. All employees were extremely rude and shouldn’t be working there or be making milkshakes.
