The three team members working tonight did an outstanding job! Even though it was very busy, they kept the line moving quickly and handled everything with great efficiency and professionalism. Really impressed with the service.

The manager at this establishment is very nice and helpful. I placed a cake order last week and he took his time to help me out even though I was being difficult with all my questions. 10/10 would get my cake from here again

Freezers are not working well. Ice cream was served nearly melted. $22.00 and it was not edible.

It's discrimination place where only their skin ppl treated well then other ski.s ppl/ customers. We odered a 4 stuffs 3 like it icecreams & one milk shake. First I odered it a milk shake but employee name MIKE That's wat other employee told me was so rude qho took my oder but didnt care to let me know it's ready or hand it to me but just left in counter where they make Icecreams. Other 2 employees treated us nicely & gave us our odered on our hand not just left wer ever they made it?
Just curious. Why you hired employee like Mike who don't like ppls?? Who don't know how to serve good customer service??
So everyone odered came & handed over to them but not me who odered very frst a strawberry milkshake. Even we done paying still didn't got my oder wer we paying or standing??
Mike left my oder on glass wer area they got topics & all & not even bother to ask if I like whipcream on it which i always get wen ever I go to coldstone or any other pla e fr milk shake so after we done paying, I'm still curious why my oder not made yet but Mike left on glass & left inside without handing to me or not even care to ask if I like whip cream.on it??
While we were eating outsides, I was kept looking insides if he came.out to serve any other customers & finally, I saw.he served one family & treat them well also because they were Americans. I couldn't stop my self to let him know at he did was wrong & we should treat well as well those American customer did but he kept arguy8ng that he called & told me my oder he left on glass somewhere but I was busy helping my sister paying money but still thing.is nothing will be wrong happen if he would have come to end & hand it to me??
I was nicely dressed up & I'm sure I don't look bad or poor that he coulsnt bring my oder to me or hand it to me??
All I told him if I didn't hear him saying my 9der is ready then he should come to end wer we pay & atlist hand it to me??
The way he served & gave me service & kept arguing to prove him self that he didn't do.anything wrong was so frustrating & make me felt like, because we are Indians or he might had a issues with coworkers or at home..its not my FAULT? But its.hurts.me ca I treated like racist person & like I bagged him to make me dri know without paying for it.
Other 2 employees did very good work...treated us so good & handover pur oder too not just let in counter like MIKE.
Just wan a give who ever managed the store or ow ed the store hire good employees who love any ages or any culture customers with good attitude & best service they can.
Hopefully, some action will be taken against MIKE because I heard from my sister who love to go there just to eat icecreams from andrews sc telling me he always does that & working there long?? How come Noone ever complained bout his.MOODY BEHAVIOR OR store manager never noticed or watched camera how their employees treating their customers??

Had the boo batter ice cream, color is black thought I'd check it out new and different. Great concept for Halloween. Loved it. See a movie next door and get a scoop, that's what's up.

We come here all the time and are never disappointed. Allergens aren’t marked but you can find the allergen menu online. Plenty of options!

Vegetarian options: They have nondairy ice cream and what toppings are safe could be found on the allergen menu online.

Dietary restrictions: Allergen guide can be found online. Plenty of options for everyone!

Parking: There is free street and lot parking as well as a parking garage. Not sure if the parking garage is free.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

If you want ice cream tailored to your taste, this is the place to go! They have some mouth watering creations or you can create your own! They mix in the different toppings/candies of your choice which also helps soften the hard icecream which I enjoyed..the melty parts of a sundae are usually my favorite! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is cause they didn't have any of the products we originally wanted to try and that they seem to advertise the most. When asking about them, they just said theyre usually premade in the cooler and if theyre not there, they dont have them. I wish i knew when to expect them to be restocked so i could stop in and try them but guess its just try your luck? It was also our first time there and it seemed like everyone just expected me to know everything they had and exactly what I wanted. It felt a little rushed and prevented me from fully immersing and embracing the experience.
