I just went to this location at 5:35 it's now 5:38 and got 4 shakes, they were half full and they were melted. What a waste of my money. Tried calling and no answer. Today date is 11/24/2024. I highly recommend Do Not Go Here! I been going to the cookout first past 5 years. These employees didn't even care.

Short wait time. Middle of the day, service was polite and quick. Food was not. Very bland burger, A1 sauce was missing from burger also. Grilled onions were everywhere, small sliver of lettuce. This location was kind of a disappointment considering these restaurants are a favorite while I come here for vacation.

Food is good. Ordered both a regular burger and big double burger. The regular burger had more meat on it than the big double burger. Big double burger looked like a single burger. It did not used to be this way. Please let me know if Cook Out is going for a smash burger approach, and I’ll adjust my review.

Surprised how good the meat was on the Burger, generous portions and sides for a good price!
This cookout has a dine-in that I would recommend for a quick lunch. The inside is clean and has plenty of seating. The outside also presents nicely. From what one can see of the kitchen, it is clean. The service is fast and orders always seem to be correct when ordering at the counter. Parking is limited.

Both cheaper and better than McDonald's! Quick service, generous portions, great selection. Also, the milkshakes are excellent and thicc as can be! Definitely a good pick. Even in a hurry

Disappointed I ordered the double burger tray 2 sides and this is what I get. That's not even 1 side combined. I'll never go back to cookout for food. I also ordered just 2 for plain burgers for my dog. $19...just ridiculous.

Just tried to go through the drive thru and when we asked if we were good to go ahead and order the worker was crazy rude. This is literally the first review I’ve ever wrote. He was so outright rude and cranky that we ended up driving away before ordering.
