What in the world changed here? They went from amazing to poor service, NO MILK SHAKES, and bad soda! People were driving out of line because it was taking so long. They Went straight to McDonald's. My burger had a freaking slice of onions! Who eats that! I didnt order a McOnion Double Burger. Im completely floored how bad it has become!!! My wifes soda was seltzer water, which is clear. She ordered a rootbeer! They said they didn't have milk to make milkshakes. Thats Cookouts thing! Our machine is always on! Im soo disappointed. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Leslie the cashier is ALWAYS rude and seems like anything you get or even asking for cookout sauce is a huge inconvenience to her. It’s been more than 3 times that this has happened and I didn’t want to leave a review cause I thought maybe she is just having an off day but no, it’s every time I go.

I ask for cookout burger tray and cook out sauce ,they gave me a burger with cold slaw and chilli with out a bag and no cook out sauce the lady had an attitude don’t recommend!!!!

Hamburgers were great, and if you like milkshakes, they have so many different flavors. I had banana fudge and it was awesome. They use real fruit.
I just bought food through the drive thru and was handed my food without a bag or napkins. I had to ask for a bag. The lady that took my order and another lady just stood there, both with a grin on their faces like it wasn’t normal to ask for a bag and didn’t apologize or anything. The lady just handed me the bag and that was it. As you can see in the photo, this is what they handed me with the fries sticking out. I’ve NEVER been to a cookout that didn’t have my food in a bag. It was just strange! If you’re the store owner or General manager reading this, please have your staff know and make sure it’s mandatory to have customers food in bags. We’re paying customers to keep business running.

Every single time I go here I want a fried chicken sandwich. I specifically ask for a crispy chicken sandwich or specify fried somehow and every single time I am given a grilled chicken sandwich. It's happened 4 times now.

There were RAISINS in my strawberry milkshake?! I have no idea how this happened — it’s honestly hilarious. I didn’t even drink it because it was ruined, sadly. I'll give some leniency to the staff since it’s New Year’s Day and probably insanely busy, but STILL… where did the raisins come from?!
I also ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato but got one with cheese and tomato.
Tipped $6 because the staff probably weren’t feeling too hot.
All in all - threw milkshake out, sandwich is edible but at least the cheese bites and onion rings worked out.
