We visited here with a friend, who's a member, for our first Costco experience; it was quite amazing. First of all, we came mid-afternoon on a Thursday; and the place was as busy as any Walmart we've seen on a Fri/Sat evening. The place is an attraction in of itself; capitalism on steroids (and that's meant as a compliment). The selection of items is awe-inspiring. The $1.50 hotdog & drink at the end of the visit, was a fitting conclusion to the experience. (We also surprisingly had the best almond croissants we've had in Myrtle Beach, from their packaged bakery section; we'd join Costco just for those, if we had one near us back home.)

"Delivery and Set-up" of dishwasher only included delivery (another appliance ordered month before was set-up as promised). Customer service accused me multiple times of not "scrolling down to see they don't set-up in my zip code" even though order clearly stated Set-up was included. After much effort and frustration they did agree to reimburse an amount for installation. Finding service took over 4 weeks and cost more than double what they offered. Contacted Customer Service to ask for increase in reimbursement and found them unrepentant for issues (time 4 hours plus, delay 4 wks plus, frustration, etc.) caused by their internal errors and offered only $25 more....never was there an apology!!! It also appears they never fixed their system; as prior to writing this, I ordered same appliance and "Delivery and Set-up" for zip code was listed!

The best Costco I've ever shopped at. The customer service desk rep was down to earth, funny and welcoming to my husband and I. Great selection and smooth and easy check out.

They have their own liquor store with a separate entrance. The good news: Kirkland brand spirits!

Nice store, and I've been to a few. Almost as busy as one I visited in San Diego, CA.

We purchased a demo Imac for a lower cost than usual and was told it had the original Apple warranty. Once I took it home and set it up I realized it had 2 accounts on it and no one had given me the passwords for them. I called the store and was told that no one there knew what they were. Having worked in the computer field for over 40 years on Windows PCs I decided to call Apple and have them walk me through a wipe and reinstall of the OS, which they did. But they also told me it had no warranty and no way to get one, even an extended one through apple care. I then call Costco again and they gave me BS about it having a Costco Concierge service that handled warranty's, so I called them. Some kid who wasn't very helpful and after much prodding finally looked at something and said it does have an apple and a costco warranty but wouldn't give me any other information, not even the serial number of the item he was looking at.I then call Apple support, again, and was told no it didn't have any warranty through them and could not get one since it was 2 years old.Be careful, If you decide to buy a demo/display item from them make sure you get it in writing what the warranty is because all they'll do is j*** you around. Hopefully this PC will not have any hardware issues for a long time. Also I spent a lot of time cleaning this thing up, creating accounts updates etc and they only thing Costco could say was bring it back for a refund if I wasn't happy. I wasn't happy because they told me a BS lie and still stand by it after I proved them wrong.

We love cost co. We live in sunset beach so that is a 41 min drive but so worth it. We love buying items in bulk and all our specialities too. Always samples and friendly staff. I'm even getting my wedding cake there. Amazing.

I shop at the Oak Forest Location every Thursday night. I swear that every miserable a-hole that they have employed works that night!

Review is on wonderfully priced hot dogs only. Love Costco . Last two times hot dogs were not hot and buns not steamed. Seems someone is taking their eye off the ball. Sure they will correct it.

I love the Kirkland products and the consistency of inventory. I'm seriously disappointed that they didn't put in a gas station at the Gate location when it was built - instead I patronize the shell station using my T-Mobile Tuesday upgrade of my FuelRewards. The team members at all the stores I've been to are always helpful in locating specific items and helping to load heavy items into my cart and then into my car. THANKS!!! to all the Costco team members.

Love this Costco! Love that the tire center is separate from a main store, so when you eat a hotdog it doesn't smell like a tire. Big plus having a liquor store with great prices.

Easy trip in and out. Friendly staff. Easy to find items. Did not have to wait too long. Was there at 6pm on a Sunday and all rotisserie items were sold old.

A few days ago, my husband I bought two new cell phones. Our sales person, John K, was very helpful to the point that he gave us a better recommendation than the folks at the Costco store in Wilmington. He saved us a lot of money by checking out the various options, moved us from Verizon to T-Mobile. We got a much better price by changing companies. We were there for quite sometime getting our orders placed (slow computers). If you need any expert advise, go see John.
