Staff extremely rude. explained to the staff that it was my first time there and the only help they offered was a blank look when it came to the menu or explaining everything to me. Also when I was waiting for my one $25 burrito they were extremely rude to the woman behind me in line 10/10 do not recommend!

I'm a mall employee and try to patronize all of the eatery s. The food is ok. The customer service however is terrible! Attitude, rudeness, ignoring customers. Now I know why they are the only ones without a line. I think this establishment would thrive if they hired friendly staff.

THIS WAS AWFUL. THEY WERE SO RUDE AND DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME ALL MY FOOD, THEN I WENT BACK TO GET MY FOOD AND THEY ACCUSED ME OF LYING? THE FOOD WAS ALSO AWFUL AND INSANE PRICES FOR SUCH LITTLE FOOD. IT WAS 2.99 FOR THIS LITTLE CUP OF QUESO IN THE PIC. AND WATER WAS 25 CENT. chipotle better and cheaper. MORE LIKE CRAP TACO. if i could give a zero star, i would.

The worker with a fade and some hair up top was extremely rude to my elderly mother whose in her 70s and just asked if there's veggies in quesdilla. The wrap part itself was soggy. Overall it's a negative the food the workers. Went next door to five guys for my daughter much better welcoming service. If u dnt want to work there just find another job. Dnt be rude without a cause. Ijs

Very reasonably priced ! I can’t imagine causing a scene about their prices. All prices have gone up and complaining should not be a way to get a discount :)

This place is a joke. Stood in line for 20 minutes while no employees were present to have somebody come out and tell us “sorry we’re done we closed at 9 when it was 8:35. Don’t waste your time here.

Cashier kept trying to overcharge me, and absolutely did not care or try to fix it when I pointed it outTacos came out sitting in a pool of liquid the first time, zero quality controlThey simply refried the same food and put it into a new tortilla when they remade itIt took a LONG time to get it rightThe flavors were there at least once they fixed the issueAtrocious customer service

So I hate to give a bad review.. but order chicken quesadilla To Go. There was no cheese and they gave me a different meat, it was not in a to go box, help was unfriendly, and no one had a smile on their face at all like they really hated the jobs.
