The place looked run down and unclean. There were two women working with a toddler in a stroller behind the counter who cried the whole time. They were not quick to serve us and the ice cream was gritty and too soft. Not recommended.

The ice cream was fine. Overpriced without the atmosphere. Customer service was lacking. I know it was late in the evening, but they could of been nicer. We asked for a glass of water from the tap to take a aspirin and was turned away even though the $8 sundae came in a cup, by saying they don’t have water cups. Yes we could have purchased a bottle of water. We had them in the car, It was raining and we didn’t wanna dash back to the car immediately. Just a thought.

Average ice cream, nice workers. It is just way too expensive for what you are getting, $8 dollars before tax is bonkers for run of the mill ice cream in a decent waffle cone.

Definitely go to one of the other locations, or find another vendor. I got a $14 funnel cake that was soaked in the grease and the powered sugar was so old or “reused” from other cakes it was yellow with a Parmesan cheese texture. They cooked it in the back out of sight, which was my first red flag. 0-10 for me.

Wanted something totally different for a change. Workers were excellent, pleasant, friendly. Ice cream was great! Highly recommend you stop and try it.

Must Visit while at Myrtle Beach!!! The BEST customer service and the ice-cream & fried oreos were AMAZING!! Again the 2 employees that where there were extremely friendly!

$10 for frozen Milk with no flavor. I literally got coconut favored and threw it away it was so bad. There was a hair on mine too. Please for the love of god do not waste your money here. I plan to dispute this terrible "ice cream" charge.
