An employee just randomly touched my fiance's chin from some reason. I could later hear her saying "somebody better bring this out or imma hurt them." When referring to what I assume is someone's food. The employee, DeeDee, could do with some retraining or a good talk.I used to come here all the time, but this was a very uncomfortable experience for us, we will probably not be back again.

Dee Dee at the counter was very rude and disrespectful. Talked to manager who was much younger and she apologized but refused to address the situation with employee. Will definitely never be back.

My boyfriend and I came in a few minutes before closing and while we expected to get the typical rushed, careless service that comes with that time, we were taken care of by Adrienne. She was very sweet and her smile was infectious. Made our night. She deserves a raise!
Was disappointed tonight 1/22/2024 when I walked up to the door at 8:30pm and the door was locked when the sign said the lobby closed at 9:00pm. And there was an employee walking around talking on her phone. So that was frustrating and I was already having a bad night.

I gave 5 stars for service but the lady deserved a 10. She was friendly, upbeat, and professional. Our order was perfect. She went out of her way to do an excellent job. Food was good…we had the chicken baskets with extra gravy and extra toast. We also ordered a double cheeseburger onion rings. Our order was perfect. Hats off to a great job….will be back soon. Hubby is always there picking up boxes of cherry Dilly Bars which are our favorite.

We had hamburgers and fries. The food was fresh and delicious. The price was low. The restaurant was clean and we had great, fast service and were made to feel at home. Will definitely go back again and probably again and again. If you want a good, resonably priced hamburger this is a good place to eat in Surfside Beach.
