I had a wonderful lunch at Damon’s Grill. Merrill was an outstanding server—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I ordered the ribs, which come with two sides. I chose the simple coleslaw and took Merrill’s advice to try the pecan-crusted sweet potato casserole. It was incredibly flavorful and truly mouth-watering. On top of the delicious food, the view was absolutely stunning. A perfect lunch spot!

I ate three ribs. They was great. I have had a The steak it was great. I’ve had the flounder it was superb. I had the potato skins that was good. I don’t care much about the fries, but overall it’s awesome.

The sweet potato casserole was delicious. Kathy ordered prime rib medium and it came out raw. Sent it back and it came out burnt. I ordered mine medium and it came out raw. Couldn't cut it or chew it. Brought it home to try and rescue it. The French onion soup came out cold and had never been baked. The atmosphere was great because of our group.

We are there last night. Our waiter was Johnathan, he was excellent, everything a waiter should be, attentive, courteous and very friendly. He checked on us numerous times, kept our drinks filled .The food was very good as well. We'll be back .

We were there during lunch 1/10/26. The restaurant was very busy but you could tell everyone was working hard to make sure everything ran as smooth as possible. Everyone in the bar area seemed to be enjoying them selves other than one particular couple. The food wait time was slightly longer than usual but definitely worth the wait. I want to give a shout out to Brian and his staff for a great experience. We will be back.
This review is nearly a month behind. Am sorry for that, but it’s important for me that I leave it. Went to Damon’s about a week before Christmas on the 19th. Had a great experience!!! The oceanfront views on a sunny day are always spectacular. Had a super side salad for the appetizer and the ribs and sirloin combo for the entree. Really good! So was the coleslaw. The BEST PART was the truly exceptional service from my server Darlenis! She went above and beyond to make it special experience for me. She did the same for the other tables that she had around me too. Thank you so much!!!

The food was decent, the service was a little slow and the waitress wasn't very friendly at first but she seemed flustered about something so I just kept saying please and thank you. The view is beautiful of course. When we got there it wasn't very busy but shortly after things really picked up.

Been coming to Damon's for over 5 years, We love the Birthday promotion. The best on the Grand Strand. it tastes so special. From the prime rib to the beautiful marbled Ribeye Great food, great atmosphere, excellent service.You can't go wrong! Thank you!

This was my first time at Damon's, will not be my last. We got crab cake and ribs, then a ribeye steak plates (we all ways share and have a buffet. Sides was salad, French fries, baked potato and sweet potatoes souffle and rolls. OK my mouth 8s watering just typing at it all.
The atmosphere being on the water was fabulous, everyone was smil8ng, courteous, friendly and just so very nice. Our Server, listened, offered suggestion, and was fantastic, was right there before we needed anything.
The food was fantastic, the bread arrived warm so butter melred into it, so very very good. The Salad was a meal within itself, not luke most salads no adays, it was a full ingredient (chese, cucumber, toma, eggs, ham, bacon bits, etc. We both eat on it and took it home for a second lunch. The crab cake was the best we had in 20 years and we have tried alot. Slam full of crab without to much seasoned to over power the flavor. The Ribs had great flavor but was a little dry, but adding a little sauce took care of that. The Riley was juicy, favorable and huge. We took it home for a second meal for both of us as well. Baked potato was great as well, full of great things, mainly took it home for later. Fries great flavor, but I love me some tators, lol then the sweet potatoes souffle or as well call it dessert. The very best we have ever had. Ordered a record to take home with us.
I give our dinner a A++++++ great location, great service, great food.
It was my birthday so my entree was free, that made it even better. But ill be back everytime we are in myrtle beach, sc
