I had a taste for pork chops and my husband had a taste for ribs. We were both blown away with the amazing quality and quantity of food. Even though we got the lunch special, we had lots of food which includes the two sides. The loaded baked potato, rice, and green beans were so flavorful.Another nice touch was the fact we had an amazing view sitting near the water and were given complementary blueberry muffins.10/10 would recommend. Other reviews made me skeptical but I am glad I got to try this place for ourself. No pics because we dove right into the yumminess.We even ordered to go food so we can enjoy later from our resort.One last note, all staff was nice and all hands on deck to help each other. This includes the owner Brian - he was very kind, helped the other servers, and overall gave us a great experience.

This was our first time here. The atmosphere is nice... Right on the water. You can go down to the beach while you're waiting for your table. We were here on a Monday night and we had a 25-minute wait for a party of three. Outdoor seating wasn't available and this was April 1st. We would have liked to eat outdoors on their balcony. We were lucky to get a table right by the window because most of the tables are not by the window. Our server was very nice but they were understaffed. No silverware was given so we sat with our salads for awhile before we could get his attention. He forgot our appetizer so we had to cancel it. Our steak was underdone so we had to send it back. The food overall was underwhelming. My sirloin steak was so tough I could barely cut it. I only had a few bites. My son ordered mac & cheese and got KRAFT mac&cheese which was cold and clumpy. The worst part of our visit was a fight between the manager and the party of 16 next to us. I overheard the conversation and the party was complaining about the service. The manager got defensive and she screamed that they were "kicked out of her restaurant". She yelled several times, even as she was walking away and had no concern about the other patrons. It was unprofessional. We would like to give this place another try, but management needs to be changed. The incident really gave a negative vibe to our experience.

Myrtle Beach Damons kicked our entire family party of 16 including two 2nyear olds, my 75 year old parents and the rest of us for complaining that we had still not been served oir food after 3 hours!!!
Orders placed. Brought soup. Didn't put spoon in soup. Meal was delivered. Meat was cold. Didn't complain. We ate what we could asked for food containers. Got the bill. Discrepancy on what was included with meal. Didn't want to have problems. Paid bill. Bidet leave a big tip. Second time we were here. Will not be back.

Over the slower winter months it looks like Damon's did some interior freshening up. New carpet and freshly painted walls. Looks really nice. The view is beautiful. The food and choices for lunch are very good with good service. Had a lovely lunch, turkey bacon club on toasted wheat berry bread. With a side of coleslaw and fries. Which by the way the fries were very tasty. I would come back again.

The best part about our meal was the view. The veggies had no flavor, the catch of the day was severely over seasoned and salty, the rice was hard, one of the steaks came well done when we asked for medium, and the shrimp were over cooked. Our server was very sweet but sadly the food was lacking and did not do the location justice.

I usually don't give bad reviews. We have have been there several times and everything has been excellent. We stopped in today for a few drinks and we were seated at a table. The waitress came over after 5 minutes or so and introduced herself wrote our drinks down. We waited at about 10 minutes and she came back, introduced herself again and said she would be our waitress. We said you were just here and she said no it wasn't her. So she took our order again and we waited 10 or more min. She didn't come back. We thought we were going crazy. The people at the next table said it was the same girl and she did something similar to them. We got up and left after 15 minutes. Tiffany was her name. The only bad experience we have had there. The food & atmosphere is great.

Damon's may be known for their ribs, but the burger I had was awesome. Ordered the Spicy Baja Burger to go & was very impressed. Not only was it huge (much bigger than the bun!), it was cooked a perfect medium rare & very tasty.
