Like, no joke. This location goes above and beyond!
So, around a *year* ago, I got a box of cookies from Crumbl. Unfortunately, it turns out the ants in my house love delicious cookies too and invaded my box.
I emailed the store and they were really generous. Even though the ant issue was 100% my fault and not theirs, they still valued my experience and told me the next time I came in they'd give me a free box!
I happen to come across a string of bad luck shortly after that and wasn't able to take them up on it. I lost my car and more...
One night, I remembered the offer of a free box of cookies and decided to ride my bike to the store and see if they'd still honor it. Just as I got there, they locked to door (lol). They were kind and let me in anyway, and I honestly felt embarrassed asking to honor a free coupon from a year ago especially since they were closing.
They were so kind and told me I wasn't causing them any discomfort. They understood that life got hard for me and they still wanted me to have a good experience even if it was a year later.
Like, wow. They really cared a lot about me as an individual. They had no obligation to do any of the things they did to make my experience better. I ruined my cookies, I forgot about the free coupon for a year, I showed up as they were closing. They did absolutely nothing wrong, yet did everything they could to make things right for me.
