Everything time I order pizza it reach cold. I ordered a pizza and bread stick off the domino's app and I got the wrong order and when calling no answer. I called 6 times without any answer.

Because yall refuse to answer the phone, I am writing this review. I just put an order in an hour ago, called to make sure you could see my unit number. Didn't answer. Then the driver gets here, knocks on the door, even tho I said leave it at the door. Kept knocking, woke my baby up. GREAT! I get my food, and it's wrong. I got some cinnamon bites I did not order in place of my $9 wings. Also missing both sides of ranch. The cheese pizza and ranch is for my autistic son who will only eat his pizza with ranch. Now I have pizza, no ranch, bed time in an hour and I have to feed him something else, which he is freaking out about. I called AGAIN and this time sat on the phone for 10 minutes for someone to answer, and no one ever did. So my husband will be there when he gets off work, and I will take my wings, 2 ranches, and a full refund. Customer service is horrible, I can't get in contact with anyone. 10/28/2025 this is absolutely ridiculous.

I would not recommend eating here. I have ordered from this specific store location and I did not like how they handled my food. They crumbled up my pizza and threw it in a box and gave it to me and when I saw the complaint or try to file a complaint I was then told that didn't want to deal with me or no longer wanted to order with me and that I somehow needed to get in contact with the store manager.
The pizza was dry hardly no sauce it was just awful ,My dog didn’t even eat it

Love the specials! Did the $9.99 any pizza, any way. Got a large with ham, beef, sausage, pepperoni, onions, green peppers, and diced tomatoes. It was great! Order online and sign up for rewards to earn free food.

Every time I order from here it arrives cold and long after the estimated time. The app tells me it is out of the oven a half hour before it leaves the store and the driver always stops elsewhere several miles away despite me living under 2 miles away, often out of the oven. I order from here often and it is consistently a bad decision. It is not a fluke. I’ve given this place multiple chances but I’ll never order from here again. I love dominos but this is an especially bad location.

I spent way over $100.00 on somethings that was suppose to be on the special. We let it went. We got to our condo 20 minutes away from them and started to eat and a Rock. A 🪨 like from outside was in my sister's chicken. It chipped her tooth off. We couldn't believe it. Called back and couldn't get no one and the next day we tried to call and went by but told we had to speak to the night manager. Asked for corporate number they claimed that only the manager had the number but was not available to meet with us. We called back and kept getting the number to the out of the store line. I will never go back to this location and hope someone sees this and do not go. I understand now why the reviews was horrible but yet we gave them a chancen any way. Had ordered $40.00 in wings to be told they didnt come with no wing sauce at all and each was 1.00. and I tried to reach out to the location before I wrote this review. I will never go back to this location while at the beach and we go at least 6 times a year or more . My parents live here.
