Drafts Sports Bar & Grill

Menu didn't match website at all. Food was not very good. For a bar and grill with drafts in the name they had 8 beers on tap, same you can get at Applebees. Food was just average, no idea why they were highly rated. It's inside a hotel so you have to figure out parking - not fun.

Service was very slow, waiter was not aware of how the Christmas dinner special worked. Owner's discount was not recognized or applied. Chicken was dry, ham tasted like lunch meat, vegetables were soggy. Cory (waiter) was not helpful at all when discussing owner's discount, specifically saying "I was getting upset over a few bucks". Overall, I was extremely disappointed in Drafts Myrtle Beach and strongly recommend not going there to eat. After 3 days of run-around with front desk, concierge, owner relations and Drafts Manager, Andrew (Drafts manager) was finally able to resolve the issue and provide the discount. Thank you Andrew.

Made reservations still told me 45 minutes. Not many people so there shouldn't be a long wait.no staff and what staff there was did nothing but complain about being busy.but par for the course at westgate!!!
