Also, being told the oven needs to heat up and if that’s the case it should’ve been done while you make the other people’s donuts.

Very odd that as a business you can not call and speak to anyone at this location. Press1 for catering, Press 2 to leave any comments, okay, you don't want me to. I needed to contact someone inside concerning a delivery order and could not. Very unfortunate and not a good way to conduct business. I can't figure out why that would be how an owner would set up their phone system. And no, pressing the other options, although the message said to, did not work either. Our order was wrong. I'll tell you here, we won't be back since we didn't have the opportunity to even discuss anything, and that's ok, it's always been Krispy Kreme for us. I tried.

These donuts are unique and delicious. Be warned, they can be habit forming! The first visit, the employees weren't too excited to be there or have customers but this morning, they were delightful which made the experience perfect.

The store is very small for how busy it is. Usually have to wait 10 mins or more to even get to order on the 2 kiosks inside, then you have nowhere to stand or sit to wait on your order. Donuts are so fresh and WARM though, so fresh in fact that it’s hard to eat them cause the icing is melting off. No complaints here, no one likes a crusty donut. We came here 3 years ago and the donuts were delicious, we had to come here again on vacation this year. These donuts are sooo amazing, well worth the price in my opinion for specialty donuts, plus you can customize them all you please. The options are truly endless! If you’ve never been or don’t know what to order, I would strongly suggest you order online then pick them up, especially if you’re going to customize your own donuts. That way you’re not on the kiosks forever holding others up and taking up too much space.

ORDER ONLINE. The donuts were delicious and fun watching them make all the specialty donuts, but took almost an hour from ordering to walking g out the door to receive our dozen. Definitely worth ordering ahead of time.
We chose the breakfast dozen! They were freshly prepared in front of us. They’re delicious and I recommend Duck Donuts to anyone, we usually go with Krispy Kreme, and I was worried, but I’ll go with Duck Donuts from now on. The wait was terrible, line was clear out of the store to the parking lot, so I placed an order online at 10:13, pick up was supposed to be 10:30, however they were slammed busy so I went inside and waited at that time, and I received them at 10:55. I’m okay with that, they were clearly busy, but were extremely friendly!

Visited this location on July 29th afternoon and donut section workers were INCREDIBLY RUDE! especially the person who worn blue tee has nasty attitude when she tossed the products. Get a right job if you don’t wanna do customer service.
