Waited 40 minutes for donuts with 30 other people watching one person make the donuts. Workers reading names off once with no urgency to get donuts to the people. Hot frosting on hot donuts!? All the toppings had run of the donuts into mixed pools of toppings. Couldn't get the donuts out of the box without ripping them. Overrated and flawed concept

Great donuts but that does not out weigh the extremely slow service due to minimum staff and the expensive price. If you bring the patience of job you may think it’s worth it.

Service was good and fast. Only waited a few minutes. Four of us got a box of six assorted and cut each into four pieces to share. All were good but in the order of most to least favorite: peanut butter paradise, the boardwalk, chocolate covered strawberry, blueberry pancake, chocolate explosion and beach ball

We show up at 7 am no customers we walk in and immediately are told by girl to use the kiosk. I mean cmon I'm paying 25 a dozen for donuts and I can't get any service, really and I'm forced to pay with card when I wanted to use cash. We were order #2 ? There was 2 employees there it was just rudness to be rude. We stop here several times a year , this was the last time.

There were only 2 workers behind the counter on a Sunday morning at 10am. It took 40 minutes from ordering at the kiosk to get our donuts. We love Duck Donuts, but will not go in when less than 4 people are working.
