Checked into a room that was extremely dirty . Including shit in the toilet , looked like a party was conducted in there . Complained and immediately moved to a better room. U fortunately room infested with palmetto bugs and bed bugs . Complained about it and was told all they can do is spray for bugs and that there is nothing they can do other as far as compensating for their many mistakes . They said a general manager would call and they haven't , all my clothes are infested with little bugs and will now have to be thrown away , over 600$ in damages to my clothing and I'm covered with bites all over my body . Terrible customer serivce when we complained about the issues they immediately tried to say they would have to evict us if we kept going with the conversation . When all we asked for was help . And offered advice on how to improve their processes . Kamila was very sarcastic and hostile during our encounter and so was the evening manager . Constantly showboating that he has a property management license and that all they care about is revenue . No care for customer retention . Even tho we have spent thousands there over the years .... Terrible management . I can come In and fix this place in the first three months . No experience in their fields. I am seeking full compensation and reimbursement for all the damages and personal suffering . If can't handle it civilly then the courts will.

We had an Air BnB here it was nice. Some problems but the host was great!! The bartender Jillian at the pool bar was beyond amazing!!!! She was so hospitable so friendly so out going and had a lot of knowledge of the area!!! We will be back just for her!!!! Thanks again Jillian at Grand Cayman resort for showing us an unforgettable time!!!

I wandered into this restaurant after travel time and tried the cobb salad with grilled shrimp. It was fantastic. Fresh vegetables, and well seasoned grilled shrimp. I must admit I am 3 days in and have had the cobb salad each night. The staff (Blu and Kim) are personable, funny and very efficient. Prices are very reasonable and if you're a WNBA fan they will even turn the game on for you, it was playoffs! The last night my husband also had a cobb salad and we ordered fried flounder too!

I had the cobb salad. It was good. They don't have a big selection of dressing. They were out of the chicken and waffles at 6 pm...and we were the only ones here, which should have tipped us off to turn around and go somewhere else. I asked for a pina colada. It tasted like frozen cool whip. Extremely disappointed!!!!

There where so many people. It was clean when we first went in ( we thought). Staff at ground fest where very nice but asked for extra cleaning and never received it. The picture attached is from our room, there was a cockroach!!!! We went down to the office about it and acted like nothing was different or it wasn't a surprise. We let it by thinking someone would come clean the first time. Well they didn't. The second night there was another one!! We went back down the evening and they agian dismissed it like it was nothing new. That night at 9:47 pm a maid knocked on the door asking if we needed to sweep. If we wanted to sweep there where two brooms in the room. She finally left and then we went to sleep. The next morning we woke up and everything seemed okay. Well I was wrong, I went up for lunch and I looked on the ground there was another one... I asked for a compensation and they only gave back the maid services. I don't know how much that is but I was very disappointed. I would highly recommend never staying there.

This is a "beware" for all of you traveling in groups. We stay in Myrtle Beach every year, but this our first stay at this resort. When I made the reservation 6 months before our stay I asked if our family could be on the same floor (I always get 4 rooms total under one reservation). They said to let them know upon check-in and it wouldn't be a problem. I checked in to confirm 1 month before our stay and was told the same thing. When we arrived and checked in, we were all on different floors. They said there was nothing they could do. By then, we were just stuck. We made the best of it, but it was a real disappointment! If you are coming with a group, do NOT believe it when the say they will accommodate a request to be roomed close together. They WILL NOT, and they are adamant about this when you are checking in.I don't want this to happen to anyone else. The rooms were okay, elevators weren't always working, same as everyplace else. Stay someplace else if you are coming with a group! Just to top the trip off, someone from the resort called the day we left (today) and told me I owed them an additional $1k?!? I don't know who it was, but they wanted me to give them my credit card information over the phone. When I asked what it was for but they couldn't tell me. I checked my accounts and it appears that all was charged as expected on check-in? An employee who may be suspect? Unsure....Ugh! Be very careful of this place

No stars!!! By far the worst hotel ever! Live bug in my room and they didn't care said it was normal, and would call pest control, which never even came! Towels are all stained and when asked to replace have taken more than 40 minutes and still counting. Hallways are dirty, place stinks and they have no control of who comes in and out. My room didn't even have soap and when asked they had me come get at the front desk! It's beyond disgusting!
Unbelievably bad. Stairwells with urine everywhere; elevators work periodically; 3.5 hours to check in with a bed flooded; hallways filthy. On the positive side view was awesome and beach nice. Would never consider this place again.

For one I had to wait 15 minutes to order and we had to ask a waiter to because they wouldn’t approach , I got food for takeout by the time I took it out the food melted through my takeout box into bag. When I brought it back the waitress was rude and told me to throw my bag away and she would eventually take care of me so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get this taken care of. Just poor poor service

3 days no air in our room( with a infant) 3 days of food spoilage because of broken fridge, 6 days of front door screaming with the wind because door doesnt close all the way! We reached out staff every day by text messages to resort text line, phone calls, and writing messages on Managers desk from staff when we visited front desk becausemanager was always in a metting! So if you have complaints you might as well leave or suck it up.. Also no help from the corporate office you have to leave a voice mail and still no call back from them. We did receive a 1 night refund but for 3 days of room temp only getting down to 76 at night only because we bought fans and $400 in grocery spoilage. 1 night doesn't seem fair.. Our room total was originally $3,500 for 3 br condo 7 days 6 night. We have been coming to this resort since 2017 an always loved it but last 3 visit were not great and this one was it for us

Eh.. I don't think id stay here again. The room was nice. The garage is terrible, parking spots are so small. You open the door to leave your room and BOOM you're in the parking garage, I wasn't a big fan of it all at. The trash in the parking garage is always overflowed, and there are trash bags outside of the trash can as well. The hallways seem to need vacuuming and an overall deep cleanse. The wait for the elevators can be ridiculous at times. Unsupervised kids everywhere. People were throwing stuff off their balconies onto people and the worker just thought it was so funny , the front desk attendant said she would notify security though security never came so i doubt she notified them. Anytime you go to cook something in the over, the smoke alarms in your room go off. The gift shop seemed to be open 1 out of the 5 days that I was there. People smoking in the parking garage. The bar charged my friends card 3 times - the first time even though we showed the bartender that it came off the card the bartender said it didn't print a receipt so it didn't work so he has to try it again which he did then the card was randomly charged a 3rd time not to mention the charges were all different amounts we showed the bartender and he said the extra charges should fall off tomorrow, they never did. Imagine all the drunk people they get that don't realize they are being charged extra... seems like some scam.

Now thats just to do the paperwork that doesn't mean they get you a room so you can get in..no no no that only means paperwork gets done!!!! You have to wait for Housekeeping to clean your room to get in. We booked this trip 3 months in advance all hotels know when people are getting there, check out is 11 o'clock check in 4 o'clock nope hours later a room is ready!!! Bs! Dont stay if you want to enjoy the weather and beach we wasted a day and paid for a room we didn't stay in long the day we came in!
