原味中国菜餐厅Dumpling & Seafood Restaurant (Authentic Chinese Cuisine )

This place is comical. You are greated by a robotic door bell with a greeting, The waitress did not understand English well.and had difficulty taking our order. Don't try to change your order from the pictured menu, you won't get what you asked for. The food is delivered by a robot that looks like a cat! Food was not what I would call Traditional Chinese American dishes. They do serve some exotic items like pigs tripe slices . (Not my cup of tea) . Ordered fried rice but it wasn't fried at all! It was an Interesting experience but wouldn't do it again.

This is some of the best Chinese food I have ever had and for a very reasonable price at that! The pork and cabbage dumplings are by far the tastiest I have had! Two appetizers and two large meals for $50

If…I could leave a 0 star I would. We waited literally 2 hours for our food. There were only about 4 people in the restaurant. The only person that spoke English was the waitress.
We finally received our food and it was absolutely horrible. The steaks texture was mushy. The spring rolls weren’t cooked, when you cut a piece it was doughy. The salt and pepper shrimp was horrible. Absolutely no seasoning. The shrimp was so hard clearly overcooked.
I am posting this review because of the other reviews that I read that said this place was good! I am visiting Myrtle Beach from out of town. I was so hopeful. I wasted two hours of my precious time.
I did not eat anything and we left. They didn’t charge me for the food!
Everyone complained about the time it took for their food!

Delicious authentic Chinese food, lots of options and a food delivery robot!

It's hard to find an authentic Chinese resturant. This place is great for traditional dishes. The chef puts his heart into the dishes and also funny and friendly. I will definitely come back for some home cooked meals down the road.

Usually I look forward to a bowl of tomato egg drop soup. This time it was very disappointing . Tasted like a diluted campells tomato soup with egg whites thrown in. Got the salt and pepper squid and it came on a bed of hard rice noodles which was more like plastic strings. Not what I expected and did not look like the menu picture. Service was slow as well. Most likely our last trip there. Very pleased prior to this visit. Dumplings were still good.

Yesterday, a friend brought me a boxed lunch, and wow! It was truly the most authentically Chinese food I've had in years – spicy chicken! The spiciness and the freshness of the chicken were absolutely amazing. This will definitely be a restaurant I frequent. Thank you for the delicious food; I will recommend it to my guests.

The people working were nice and quick but the food was horrendous

I got takeout the Beef lo mein was extremely salty and tasteless and the beef appeared to be BOILED, I threw it away.

Dumplings you would think would be a sure thing but the beef and pork Dumplings were so salty I had to stop eating them because it was too much.

Just get fast food nearby

Stopped in for lunch at Dumpling and Seafood after a great morning of mini putt, and it absolutely hit the spot. Authentic Chinese flavours, perfectly seasoned dishes, and everything tasted fresh. The restaurant feels family-run — warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The kids were happy, my wife was content, and we all left full and smiling. If you’re in Myrtle Beach and craving real dumplings or seafood, this place is a must-visit.

What a wonderful experience we had. It was my mom‘s birthday and the staff went over and above to help celebrate her special day. The food was wonderful Top notch!! We highly recommend the Seafood Dumpling!!!
