BEST DUNKIN. BEST SERVICE. BEST DRINKS. This was such a nice surprise. We did a mobile order for pick up. Walked in and were greeted immediately. The staff inside was so unbelievably friendly from the beginning. Our drinks were made to perfection, our food was correct and fresh. The staff even acknowledged my 1 year old daughter and made her night. She loved the ice cream! The crew working on 8/21 around 7pm needs all the credit and pay raises. They are the true definition of going above and beyond! This should be the pinnacle of Dunkin

Took forever to get anybody to take my order and there was nobody in the line ahead of me and nobody in the store Then when I got my stuff as soon as I drove out, the coffee spilled all over the top wasn’t on it and the avocado toast felt like it just came out of the freezer Now I gotta clean up all this coffee out of my car

Stopped in today ordered some coffee but wanted to add some doughnuts at the drive through lady said I had to drive back around. Really no one behind me, nobody inside. Worst customer service. Never go back there again

Waited almost 10 minutes in line to even order and the woman was rude. Then waited another almost 10 minutes to even get our two coffees and two donuts. Terrible service and won’t be returning

We had 3 separate orders when we went. All 3 were messed up. The app allowed products to be sold when they weren't available. We were in the restaurant when we submitted the order. They gave the wrong items on 2 of the 3 orders. Then, left us with no option other than to get a refund via the app. Didn't offer to switch items or correct it. The 3rd messed up order gave up and ate the food they were given. Kinda irritating. Then we have to wait on our money back.
