Every time I try to order in advance through mobile order at this location give me problems because they forget to add something or even my order and when I’m there they start asking what my order was so they can start making it. They have a bad attitude and rudeness, they need to improve their customer service

They will kill you and have an attitude
I tried to talk the manager about grease in the hash browns.
It’s old and dirty. You can smell it before you open the bag good. It’s soaked.
She had an attitude and told me they aren’t cooked in grease. Whatever this is… it’s nasty. I just got my money back from door dash.
As someone who lives on ocean blvd …. Lives not visit, I expect basic quality of food with no attitude from people who make 80,000 less a year. Just a thought!
That’s okay. I will no longer patronize this business.

BEST DUNKIN. BEST SERVICE. BEST DRINKS. This was such a nice surprise. We did a mobile order for pick up. Walked in and were greeted immediately. The staff inside was so unbelievably friendly from the beginning. Our drinks were made to perfection, our food was correct and fresh. The staff even acknowledged my 1 year old daughter and made her night. She loved the ice cream! The crew working on 8/21 around 7pm needs all the credit and pay raises. They are the true definition of going above and beyond! This should be the pinnacle of Dunkin

Took forever to get anybody to take my order and there was nobody in the line ahead of me and nobody in the store Then when I got my stuff as soon as I drove out, the coffee spilled all over the top wasn’t on it and the avocado toast felt like it just came out of the freezer Now I gotta clean up all this coffee out of my car
