Very slow service, only ordered coffee, waited in drive thru lane 17 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us :(

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes because their oven was broken but they didn’t want to tell us until after we ordered and waited. From the moment we placed our order until we got to the window, everyone was unnecessarily rude. When we finally got our breakfast sandwich, there wasn’t an apology - just “here you go” and the window closed. Was the sandwich any good? Nope. Burned. Thanks, Dunkin.

If u don't speak Spanish don't waste your time. Had to interrupt the girls phone conversation (cell phone not work) just to order a coffee and doughnut. She looked at me like I was rude to have bothered her. This is the best DD can hire?

Ordered on the app, took 30 min to get through the drive through, easy hot chai & 2 donuts . Usually they come in the little boxes but they were just thrown in the bag, the frosted with sprinkles was put in upside down … needless to say it wasn’t very frosted anymore & I could taste the bag ???Parking: If you pull in the wrong direction, you’re sol . Nowhere to turn around except back on the highway & no visible signage

The manager took half an hour to get my sandwich because she was too busy having unprofessional conversations with workers upfront, who she’s tasked with overseeing, while customers were waiting for their food. When I finally remind her about my sandwich, she made a comment saying “Oh, you should have told me” like it’s not her job and I didn’t pay for it. Then when I finally got my sandwich the bacon was burnt to a crisp, and she made a smart remark when I was about to walk out the door. She said “I hope you liked the sandwich because I made it just like I would at home”. Please remind me to never eat at her house and I’ll never go back, long as she’s working there.
