So disappointed!! I usually love Dunkin coffee but this location drive thru was not a good experience and a waste of $8! My husband and I ordered to XL coffees. The coffee tasted like water with some cream and no sugar. Not at all what we ordered. We had already left and were on the way back to our hotel and just decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to go back. Coffee went down the sink ! Awful. 😢

Second time I’ve been there and both times had horrible service. Today I went to drive thru. No other customers inside or outside. Sat at the drive thru window for about 2 minutes before someone answered. Told them I had a mobile order and went to the side of the building as instructed to the drive thru window. I no joke sat there for about 4 minutes before someone asked me what I needed. I explained that I was told to drive around for my mobile order which was sitting on their table by the drive thru window this whole time. I told the lady I don’t understand what’s going on and why no one is helping me when I can see through the window that everyone was just talking and walking around with no customers. She just said sorry and laughed.

This location is disgusting- there was at least 11 employees in the store that I could see there was a line wrapped around the building The front door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months the credit card machine was gross i didn't even want to touch it - there was coffee and cream spilled all over the place it was nasty and everyone was walking around like they were brain dead Very unprofessional

Can’t break a $50 bill. We ordered $41 worth of food and then they told us they couldn’t give us change. This place is a joke. Kid that runs the front can’t hear if you have a truck even if you turn it off. He says the trucks too high can’t hear his headphone. Whoever’s managing this place needs to Understand that United States currency should be good up to $100.

I pulled in here to grab a quick bite. It was 545 and they don’t close till eight. I was told their ovens were off and they had nothing but donuts or drinks. Turning your oven off 2 1/2 hours before you close is a little ridiculous.
terrible service. 15 people working yet nobody actually working, just standing around staring. Stood at the counter to order for about 7/8 minutes, no one came to take my order so I used the ipad. my order shows as “ready” on the screen but i wait another 20 minutes for ONE wrap. still my order is not ready so i ask them if they have my order, they had the ticket but did not make it. so i wait another 15 minutes to finally get my wrap.

The morning shifts got great workers but the ones after 5 are terrible!!! They are extremely slow and give you attitude. There’s even a fag who is extremely loud for no reason and laughs out loud while you wait for your order. This place will fall if they don’t fix this

We had ordered through the drive thru. The woman who took our order was very bland and not friendly whatsoever, however the sweet young girl, McKenna was a true gem! She was actually the first person who you knew cared about her job and thoroughly enjoyed talking to people! She was actually the first and only employee who asked how your day was and carried on a conversation while we were waiting on our drinks! Kudos to her! This doesn't happen anywhere where you get fast food, coffee, etc! McKenna needs a raise and the other employees should look up to her as in what to do working for Dunkin! We ordered at 12:13 pm on August 17th check #3522! We'll be back just for McKenna!
