New to the Market Common area, but not Dunk'n or the exceptional service i seem to find aimlessly at each one I go to here in MB. None the less, the employees that are working here in the morning hours are not only hustling, they are also very up eat and welcoming to customers. Nothing like getting a pick me up smile and greeting before you even place your order.

This Dunkin doesn’t seem to understand the concept of asking for light ice. I’m sorry I don’t want to pay $8 for half ice and foam. I’ve come here maybe ten times I kept giving the benefit of the doubt being a good sport. This morning again my drink was not light ice like I asked for it to be very light ice very kindly. I asked them to give me one with less ice. The girl at the window gives me an attitude and then they just dump the ice out and give it to me and you can tell it was obviously dumped not remade. Not coming back to this location. It’s not a hard concept I’ve had it made correct multiple times and I’m not the type to complain but eventually I started saying hey this isn’t light ice this is half a cup of ice and the response and the lack of actually remaking the drink and giving me what I asked for is just not ok.

I’m a little disappointed in my experience with this location. Normally I’m well taken care of with the staff but today was different; I tried to explain that the way my coffee looked wasn’t like how I’m used to getting it and they pretty much explained to me why I was wrong. I know what goes into the coffee that I order every other day…This sucks because I was making this location a ā€œgo-toā€ spot for myself. I left because I could tell they weren’t going to make the drink again no matter how much I explained it wasn’t right. Would’ve been a quick 2 minute fix, especially with no one else in there to focus on. Oh well.

Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts there is problem. I ordered from the app with a coupon for donuts & of course it never works. At this point with my frustration, the manager should have just given me the donuts for the price from the app and let me leave, that's what a manager does to take care of a customer. But not this manager she just had me wait 16 minutes while she helped other customers, I didn't understand the point however I will no longer be going to this Dunkin'. Donuts again plus their prices are higher because it's market common area, which is very unfair.

The people who work here are always nice but not the most competent sadly. I come here a lot and almost every time my simple matcha latte with oat milk comes out with regular milk no matter how clear I make my lactose intolerance issues and I am often in too much of a hurry to request they remake it. For the price and system they have in place to prevent this I expect better and may have to stop coming.

I sent my son to purchase breakfast and ice coffee at the Dunkin at market commons store# 359689. He neglected to say decaf caramel macchiato, so I sent him back to the store to ask if they could make me a decaf and they told my son they could not because it was espresso! Starbucks makes most if not all their drinks in decaf if you ask! If there is an error they will happily remake the drink! I spent just shy of $30($27.58)! Not only would they not fix my drink, but they charged my son separately for each item instead of giving him the meal as requested. This was terrible customer service. This particular store is AWFUL! AND SHOULD BE RE-TRAINED!

I used to come to this Dunkin' every morning with no issues but I have not gotten a correctly made drink from here the past 10+ visits. Everytime I say I won’t go back, I try again and end up just as disappointed. Especially for the price Dunkin’ charges now, there should be no reason why the same drink tastes different everytime I order it! I’ve wasted so much money because the drinks aren’t just made incorrectly, they’re undrinkable.

everytime i go here they get my order wrong. i like going here because its on my way to work but when i open my bag of food its a completely different order and my coffee usually isn’t right.
