The only dunkin donuts that cheata you on your drink. When ordering a large latte they wont fill it up all the way. Corporate needs to step in correct these. Not fear to the customer when they are paying a hefty price for a latte. Also there a un pleasant worker named Alex there. He could be nicer. Would highly recommend stay alway from these location.

We're here to get donut holes and they were out! Very low variety of available Donuts at all. The one that I did get was old and stale! I was not impressed!

I won't say who the workers are, but two girls came outside and harassed me because I was parked in two parking spaces, and there was about a dozen or more spaces.All empty almost closing time and they told me I had to move after I bought coffee and I was sitting there drinking it,, i was always told the customer is always right, and i've spent thousands and thousands of dollars over the years at dunkin' donuts, and I will spend more at this one or I would have until now, so they lost a pretty good customer that they would have had. I hope the boss is happy that they need to net.Pick over something like that when I was sitting right in the car, if anybody came, they could park there.I wasn't gonna not move.I would let them park there and I would leave.It's not the end of the world, but they had to come.And give me a hard time about it.Because of some authoritative issue or something that they have about themselves.So anyway God bless us everyone😍

I wanted to leave a good review about Haley and Dalen (I hope those were the names, I have awful memory and bad hearing). They were so friendly and nice on 10/15 around 5pm! I’m a Starbucks supervisor and I would be so proud if they were my baristas! Great customer connection.

Asked for large Mocha Macchiato less ice. See attached photo. I understand the concept but who wants a drink full of ice and no drink. Why not fill the cup up, paid extra for the whipped cream.

Unbearably, inconsolably slow. It wasn't even a busy day. Each car was a minimum of 8 minutes to get their order. We were in line for 45 minutes thinking it would let up soon - no exaggeration. The staff couldn't figure out the system and didn't even start on each order until cars were at the window. When we got the order it tasted worse then usual as if it wasn't mixed right, and had no whip cream.

Extra cream and extra sugar didn't happen, coffee was made normally. No sleeves for coffee. Munchkins were wet with icing, it was disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.
They lost a mobile order. Bonus points for helping us in the end but was a very upsetting and anxiety inducing experience

I usually get my frozen coffees more liquid than ice and today they did not want to do that so I declined the order and got a water instead I’m unsure why they could not do that for me never had that issue at any other Dunkin or Starbucks. Very unsatisfied today.
