This is definitely a first world problem but I still feel that it should be said. I have been going to DD to get a Boston Creme for as long as I can remember. However, when they opened this location (Joe White), the specialty donuts have never been up to what I was used to. According to the pictures at the outdoor menu and online, there is a generous amount of chocolate on the donut and cream on the inside. This was my fourth try and the donuts have all never had enough chocolate...
Tried to order ice tea with lemon. The person who took the order had no idea what a lemon is. Had to use lemonade? It took almost twenty minutes to get through the line. They need a little more training.
They staff here is amazing! I usually stop in 3-4 times a week, as long as I am making good time to work and the line is shorter. But the staff is always courteous and friendly and sweet.
