I came through the drive thru this morning and ordered a dozen assorted donuts and specifically ask for one to be a Boston Cream, I did not get the one donut I ask for. Not sure what happened but I’m not happy! I was getting these donuts for someone’s bday and that’s their favorite donut. If your thinking it’s the one on the left that has cream

Not really a walk-in type of Dunkin’. Pretty much all drive through. My sausage sandwich felt microwaved or stuck under a heat lamp for a while.

Ordered through Uber and when i say they have NEVER gotten a single order i sent in correctly. Ordered and 3 regular iced coffee with coffee milk...came as a cold brew with nothing i Ordered in it and barely any ice just a watery mess...The sandwiches taste stale and are evidently hastily put together with no real care to the specifications Ordered. Go spend your money somewhere else i guarantee, it will be better than this place.
Just poor overall.

Very disappointed with my experience at Dunkin’ Donuts

Today I made a purchase at your store, which included several items—one of them being a sandwich. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed to find that the sandwich was served with burnt bread.

This is not just a minor mistake or something that can be overlooked. Serving a sandwich with visibly burnt bread shows a clear lack of care, attention, and professionalism in food preparation. As a customer, I feel disrespected and frustrated to receive a product that fails to meet even the most basic standards of quality that a brand like Dunkin’ Donuts should uphold.

It’s unacceptable that there seems to be no quality control before food is handed to the customer. I strongly disagree with this kind of service and I am requesting a restitution or compensation for this defective product and the unpleasant experience it caused.

I hope immediate steps are taken to correct this kind of issue and to prevent other customers from going through a similar situation.

This is probably one of the fastest Dunkin's I've even been to. I love that, and they seem to know the exact recipe stirs when making coffee, lol. I've been to some and the taste was not the same. Or the iced coffee taste had not been consistent. Only thing I dislike is I wish all Dunkin would keep blueberry muffins at all times. Love this one better than the one closer to my house. Will return soon.
