I brought my family through the drive through tonight and got 5 hot chocolates we love going here for them they are so creamy and good but tonight was absolutely wast of money we throwed every one of them away it’s almost like they did not have any milk heated up or what ever they used and they just used water it was so watered down it tasted nothing like usual … for a customer it sucks knowing we pay good money for this stuff and the staff no that what they are doing is wrong … they are a owner some where thinking there employees are doing right but yet they are taking advantage of them …

Went there this morning, no one responded when I went through the drive thru so I had to pull up to the first window to get serviced. Not an issue, in itself, but had to give my order there and then my drink was made so quickly that my cold brew coffee was lukewarm and it wasn't busy when I pulled up or anything. So unnecessary. Not coming back.

I felt like I had entered the twilight zone. The two staff members that I worked with One that I took my order and the other made my drink and gave it to me, should really search and rethink their choice in working with the public. People listen up with all the options around. There’s always another Dunkin’ Donuts down the road. I really felt like when I walked out the door someone was going to have me sign a release to be on some type of prank show.
I went through drive -thru this morning around 9:40am and ordered as “Nina” and the drive-thru worker on the headset that I ordered from was the coolest most joyful uplifting person ever. Made my entire day !! Person deserves a raise! Thanks to them for making my whole day!!!!
