Rude staff who can't get an order correct the first time to save their life. Have been there twice thinking the first time was a fluke but no no no, they just DO NOT CARE. Spend you hard earned money somewhere that actually cares about getting you what you pay for unless you enjoy being treated like garbage and not getting what you want

It was crazy at this location the morning that I went. There were over 50 people in there getting coffee/breakfast. My order was initially wrong and I told the staff and they fixed it immediately. Great location with all that they have to deal with in the mornings.

Asked for coffee with cream got black with sugar. How is that even possible? Witnessed unused coffee grounds being taken out of a brewer in order to brew the midnight flavor. Proof that they are brewing regular in the midnight pot when they are slammed (and if that 1 employee happens to not know that when you order yours.. you're not getting what you ordered!!!!)
This place is a hot mess and needs new management. One of the crew even told me themselves that the managers attitude is a daily thing. Toxic environment.

Coffee was cold two separate occasions....paid for Carmel flavor and just got sugar and cream....stuffed mini bagels ice cold...plus witnessed worker drop bagel from toaster, pick it up and continue to make sandwich

Employees seemed panicked by a small crowd on Saturday morning in October. No organization at all. (Orders are numbered as taken). I was #6910. However, orders in the #6930's were finished and leaving while I stood & waited for a simple mixed box of munchkin's. Finally had to ask for my item. They need a set process to make that crowd move through swiftly, not just muddle around waiting for staff to figure out what they need to do first.

The coffee is the worst, tastes like its 95% watered down, no taste of coffee whatsoever. I get my coffee the exact same way in every state I visit & never in my coffee drinking time have I ever had a cup this horrible; I ordered iced coffee 1 day(the worst), next day I tried hot(horrible). I love Myrtle Beach, but DD can keep their cup of H2O w/cream & sugar.
