Bad experience. We were leaving town at 530 am and wanted some coffee for the road trip home. We drove to the back of the Dunkin to enter the drive through. We were confused because all we saw were the backdoor to each business. No Dunkin signage, no speaker box and nothing indicating where to order. Like I said it’s dark and we are from out of town (Maryland). Pull to the front window and wait 3 mins. A guy says “did yall order at the speaker? I can only take your order at the speak or you can come inside.” It would have been nice to receive some direction or help. I went inside to make my order. The guy from earlier was nice but the skinny one who made the order did not speak at all, just took the order and provided the drink. Also there was a third worker sleeping at a table. Coffee was ok kind of burnt 3/5. I do not recommend this place

Visited this morning in drive thru and ordered a large iced coffee with mocha and hazelnut, instead received some nasty concoction of some raspberry coffee drink. Wasted my points on this. Was on way to work when I tried it and couldn't turn around to return to store and couldn't drink it so I came back after work to ask them to fix it and they said because it was made this morning they can't fix THEIR MISTAKE. The entire drink still full in the cup. Contacted corporate on their email but their emails are not being responded to because their system is down for maintenence.

Rude, constantly mess up an order that is placed the same way at least 3-4 times a week. We’ll be going to a different location that doesn’t tell a customer to “calm down” when the people working here literally can’t handle a basic wrap order and how to read a ticket.

Workers at this location were not friendly at all. It seemed we were bothering them. There were no other customers present inside. Workers kept passing me out not even asking if I wanted something. The may have been taking drive through , but we were ignored. After about 10 minutes An elder woman came to the register. I placed my order..She had some questions at the register, asked for help and her coworkers yelled at her. I felt sorry for her. Our order was wrong, (partly). Her coworkers, although busy, wouldn't help her. Needed the restroom, ladies room was out of order and men's room was filthy. NoNOT A GOOD FIRST EXPERIENCE. WONT BE BACK TO THIS ONE ANYTIME SOON.

This is an old school Dunkin Donuts which is the best you can pick out your Donuts get your coffee this is the way Dunkin' Donuts should be and used to be.
Why are you so horrible at making coffee. I ordered 2 extra shots in my drink, it looks like straight milk and I took a sip and I taste zero espresso. Why is it so hard, I won't go to dunkin ever again!!!!

Terrible experience. Middle of Myrtle beach and The lobby closes at 8pm. So we go around back into a dark alley. They have no donuts, and won't answer my questions. It seemed like we were bothering them. So we just drove off and went to Krispy Kreme.

Just stopped to pick up some donuts. The place was good. The person behind the donut counter was lovely. The donuts had way too much frosting dripping through the hole and into the bottom. They were a giant chocolate mess. Not sure if it was too warm in there or if someone new was doing the donuts and didn’t let them dry. My kids were a mess and that normally doesn’t happen.
