I haven’t been to this location recently because the coffee I normally order started becoming extremely inconsistent and incorrect. This is a new low - I wouldn’t be comfortable serving this to someone and I don’t even work in the food business, so I’m not sure why a croissant 3 seconds from being lit aflame made it into my bag.

Service was fast friendly and it was early morning great staff.
I've been a 30+ years customer. A few times the service was disappointing, but still my go to place; there were 5-6 employees circled up while one employee was hustling. It was busy too. Pulled that employee to the side, commended him on the work he was doing, then tipped him a 20 and told him to keep up the great work.

I ordered a medium black coffee and pulled up and showed my phone to scan my points for a coffee. She canned it and then said she can’t take it and that there was a sign saying they can’t. So it took my points for the coffee reward and then made me pay. Not a good experience.

The coffee is off the chain as always, but the manager in there was on the phone with someone screaming and using fowl language. Everyone in the lobby heard him. It was really bad. He should have stepped out back to have that conversation

Great service excellent tasting coffee - my hubs hot coffee was great and my iced was perfect 👌 workers are all nice and manager was super friendly and helpful!! We ordered a DunKings meal & watched as a homeless man walked out with it! Once we realized it was for sure our meal he was eating outside of the store- it was made right.
