I usually place a mobile order so I don’t have to wait in line, but honestly, it hasn’t made a difference here lately. Even with a mobile order, the wait is just as long, sometimes even longer, and it feels like forever before you get your drink or food. The most frustrating part is the coffee — it’s never consistent. I order it the exact same way every time, yet more than half the time it tastes burnt, like it sat too long or was rushed. On top of that, they almost never have the donuts or new menu items that Dunkin advertises, which makes this location really disappointing compared to others.

The only saving grace is the staff. They are always super friendly and genuinely sweet, and you can tell they’re doing their best with what they have. The issue is that there just aren’t enough of them. The whole place seems short-staffed, and it shows in both the wait time and the quality of what you get. I think with more staff and better quality control, this Dunkin could be a great spot, but right now it’s hit or miss — and too often, it’s a miss.

Went to the River Oaks Dr. drive-through for both ice cream and donuts ask for certain things just a minute I have to check came back they don’t have it unfortunately unfortunately with several different items everything was unfortunately. Instead of saying when we drove up I’m sorry we are out of such and such and such and such she made us ask for everything and they were out of everything we ordered including ice cream no doughnut no ice cream we got nothing with three kids in the car even though she would say I’m sorry unfortunately I’m sorry unfortunately it was not a true I’m sorry unfortunately it was too bad for y’all. We will not be going back to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever again we drove off without any items went to cookout for milkshakes and way cheaper. The price wasn’t even a big deal but the service and no items at all whatsoever that we ask for were pretty poor

Where is the Managers???? The inmates are running the asylum.
This place has an amazing Manager, a lady, but she has not been seen this week. We have 4 kids on drive thru, and we still came in after waiting at the drive thru sign for over 10mins! One girl was on tue counter. She seemed to have the most experience, telling the drive they had to many people. Then making the 4th be on drive thru, clean the lobby and the restrooms. They all ignored her. 23 minutes to get 4 coffee’s!!!! Please come back manager we love!!!! This is insane!

My favorite drink was the original cappuccino blast (baskin Robbin’s) and it was always made perfect until the last few times I’ve gone. Four times to be exact. Not sure if these kids are being trained correctly or not but my drink has been made with straight bitter coffee and foam. That’s not a cappuccino blast. Unfortunately I will not be coming here anymore.

I will no longer be going there ever again I am tired of being charge for an egg and cheese croissant. When I only get an egg on it that’s over $1.60 every single time that I have to pay for something that I do not get..!!! It’s not that hard to charge for just a croissant and add a fried egg. Freakin crooks if you ask me!!!! Manager was very rude to me about it too!!
