Yeah. Every time I go I cross my fingers and hope that maybe I’ll get a good turn out because I have had zero so far at this location. Seriously the worst ever. I never complain but today I’m furious. I don’t treat myself to ice cream often and I saw Baskin Robbin’s had a new Paloma flavor . I asked for one scoop of that and got two scoops of praline swirl for my BF. I seriously thought the girl was joking when I saw the cups. Then I did the usual and just let it go because I hate to make people feel bad. The small one scoop is approx two bites and the two scoops may be 5 bites max. The worst part was it was 10 bucks and change and Publix is having a sale on Haagen Dazs pints. But one get one free at $4.99 each. Which rarely happens. I could have gotten 4 full pints of much better quality ice cream for the same price as 7 bites. I think I’ll just uncross my fingers and not bother with this location anymore. Not even sure how they are still in business.

This may be one of the worst Dunkin’s in the area. Went on a Saturday morning and it was busy so I get that there will be a wait but there is no organization in this place. Waited for so long that we didn’t even take our order, we just left. There didn’t seem to be a manager on duty to help delegate and process orders smoothly. Disappointing when other customers in the line are telling people that this is the worst dunkin. Watched people asking for refunds when the wait was too long.

I have been to this Dunkin’ Donuts location several times and each time, they are extremely slow. As I’m waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, I curse myself for coming here again, and expecting a different result. Today, I promised my daughter bagel bites and a refresher before her violin ensemble. We were the only car in the drive-through and it took several minutes for anybody to acknowledge we were there. A young girl said she would be with me in a minute and didn’t hear back from her for several more minutes. I had to ask if anybody was there. I was again told that it would be a moment. After several more minutes, we ordered, pulled around, and waited by the window for seven minutes for bagel bites and a drink. I witnessed seven teens “working.” One busting her butt and the other ones standing around, mostly on their phones. I had to knock on the window to get someone’s attention to bring us our 4 bagel bites. Perhaps an adult should be present to make sure these kids are working efficiently. Before I witnessed this, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought perhaps they were short staffed. They were actually overstaffed. I won’t put myself through this torture again.

Ordered 2 milkshakes and they musta not put enough in the blender bc they filled the cups halfway and then tried to put whip cream to fill the cups full. There was more whipped cream than shake. I truly wish I took a picture. Why not just add more to blender and make more to give people what theyre paying for. Sincerely a very annoyed pregnant woman.

Terrible service at the drive thru and mobile order line . We have been stuck in line for 30 min and can’t get out. This was Saturday 3/21 at 9:30 AM. Do better!!! This is ridiculous!! Make large orders park and wait for their order!!! Do not get in line here!!!
Very friendly staff, and even still has Donuts by the end of the night. I go here often because it's close to my house and I have had five star experience every single time

To all I hate to complain but when I went to get my food today it was a total mess. The workers did work hard and tried their best but, there was no manager on site. First I ordered 2 6$ boxes and a refresher for 3.79$ it rang up for 21$ plus. I tried to explain the math but, it was hard to get my point through. So they gave me discounts but, i still paid 19$. I received one coffee that was made incorrect and had to get that re made. She asked if that was all, I said I'm missing another coffee and a refresher. They are trained properly and need the proper help.

This Dunkin has been my go-to for many years now and it’s always hit or miss (as Dunkin fanatics know). I like to play this game called ‘crack or creekwater’ (creekwater being bad watered down coffee and crack being delicious). Yesterday, I took my friend here on a pre-thrifting caffeine boost and we were pleasantly surprised by the crack we received! The drive through line was short and the coffee was good (as were the munchkins). Be nice to your local dunkin workers, they deserve it!!
