They never have any ice cream flavors and they are always out of stuff, they don’t even ask if you want whip cream or put it on usually. If you want ice cream do not come to this place.

These donuts were the most stale of any I have ever eaten. It takes a lot to get a bad review from me; but when I bite into an old, dried-out donut with filling that tasted thick and sour- followed by a drink of milk that was to expire on the very day I bought it and was sticking to the inside of the bottle, well, here is the bad review. We pulled up to the window to order. After we received our order and paid, my husband said, “ Ok, don’t work too hard” - to which the employee said, “ I won’t. That’s THEIR job” in a very sour, unfriendly tone. By that comment, I deduced that SHE was the manager. Who speaks like that about their employees to a customer? My husband’s donut was equally stale and dry, and his coffee was hot and over-cooked- yeah, you read that correctly, over-cooked.

I ordered the Grilled Cheese sandwich today at the drive thru. Cold as can be and not even warmed up. I noticed this when I was far down the road. The younger girls working the window have zero customer service skills. I watched them hand the wrong order 3 different times to the car in front of me. Whoever manages and runs this location needs to get it together. I will not be back.

Girl being the register told costumer I hate making that and tried to get the costumer not to order. 11-3-25 9:33PM Then laughed it off and said no you can order it.
Had a mobile order today Oct 26th, and the blond girl with the ponytail at the window had a terrible attitude from the start. She first told us they didn’t have our order, then claimed they didn’t have anything we asked about, and finally told us to come inside. When we went in, it was obvious they did have what we were asking for the whole time. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Anyone who gives this place more than 2 stars in delusional. The service moves at snails pace, they are rude and do not hold themselves accountable whatsoever. They mess up your order, or don't even give you half of what you ordered, then give you a stank face when you try to correct it. They don't appologize in any way or attempt to make it up to the customer. This is the poorest customer service i have ever witnessed in my life.
