What bad service they have, I ordered a dozen donuts online and they never prepared it for me and it's not because they're busy, they were just talking to each other. I don't recommend this location, I would give it 0 stars.

Dunkin's is my favorite for coffee. I just wish each location would be consistent when adding cream, sugar and flavors at the drive through!!! Also, if the cup is not Hot, the coffee is cold. Please stir before serving. Thank you!!

Went in this morning for a hot hazelnut coffee and boston creme donut and even though the drive thru was slammed and this place was booming with business, I was instantly greeted with a smile by 3 people right when I entered. The two staff (Calvin and Betty) who assisted me were enthusiastic and genuinely friendly. I received my order very quickly. I normally don’t go inside to order, but decided to because of how long the drive thru line was, and I am glad I did because the service that I got was so speedy! The inside was very clean and everyone was in a great, upbeat mood. I cannot say enough good things about this place and of how good I felt after leaving here because of how genuinely friendly and upbeat this staff was. Thanks, guys. Will return.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The customer service is terrible, and despite talking to the manager multiple times, nothing improves. Certain long-time employees treat loyal customers poorly, and even after many complaints, they’re still there with no change.
Weekends are even worse—teenagers run the store, and they’re clearly overwhelmed, leading to poor service and messed-up orders. I’ve had to go back multiple times to fix mine. The younger lead on weekends desperately needs training, as does the entire team. This location is a disappointment and doesn’t reflect Dunkin’s usual quality.

Got the wrong drink in the drive through. Went in to get my hot chocolate which wasn't very good. Kinda watery. And my toasted bagel wasn't toasted and was so hard I could barely bite through it.

I Have to say that this is the ABSOLUTE BEST dunkin donuts around we came from conway and they went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we came for the shift lead was so amazing all the staff was hands down awesome!

Ordered online and part of my order was missing. Instead of getting what was missing they took care of the next order and next one until I asked where is the rest of my order. Then they had an attitude when I asked why the rest of my order wasn’t finished yet while they continued others ordered after me.
