There was four employees working with two people working the drive-through at one window. I stood in there for five minutes without anybody even acknowledging me or saying we’ll be right with you instead they just thought it was best to stare at me and not say anything. If you would like to avoid a headache, don’t go to any place that has four teenagers working with no adult supervision.

This was my first time coming here and I didn't know what kind of iced coffee I really wanted. I just know I wanted it sweet and good. Lol. The service was amazing and friendly. I loved the smiles and felt welcomed. The woman behind the counter did an amazing job picking out one for me that was sooo good. Now I have a fav. 🤤. Thank you for your patience and knowledge.

You could hear one of the managers screaming at some one on the phone. They were in the office and myself and others were in the lobby. They should have taken it outside and talked. The language he was using was horrible. Fowl

This is the best,clean,very friendly Dunkin’s ever,my husband and I have visited my other Dunkin’s in Myrtle beach and this one is the best,always clean,nice employees,feel at home,fresh doughnuts and sandwiches,fresh coffee,great lattes,clean restrooms,great music,the employees seemed to love there job and makes you feel at home,never had a problem,thanks to all of the employees,they really need to be by corporate,-A++++++++

Guys, I don’t like to give bad reviews but this was totally mess. Six people talking each other and don’t give a customer attention. Don’t listen what I was ordering and the girl tried to charge me 10$ for a triple espresso. Then I ask her how much is the single and it was 1.29$ that’s actually was funny, but then my food come cold the coffee come cold and they forgot to give me two donuts. they don’t apologize for anything. I’m sorry about totally disappointed at this place. I don’t think I’m gonna come back. Lack of training, lack of customer communication.
