Guys, I don’t like to give bad reviews but this was totally mess. Six people talking each other and don’t give a customer attention. Don’t listen what I was ordering and the girl tried to charge me 10$ for a triple espresso. Then I ask her how much is the single and it was 1.29$ that’s actually was funny, but then my food come cold the coffee come cold and they forgot to give me two donuts. they don’t apologize for anything. I’m sorry about totally disappointed at this place. I don’t think I’m gonna come back. Lack of training, lack of customer communication.

I usually stop here on my way to the beach. I was a little disappointed this this. I handed my money to the young lady and she dropped it out the window. As I was trying to retrieve this from under my car I was handing her my phone to get my points but she said that I can't do it because she had already rang me up. She instructed me to call the number on the receipt to make this happen. This was not a true statement. No points for me today. Our sandwiches were delicious but they were not put together. A very messy way to eat it. I know that you are all busy trying to get your orders out but quality and efficiency is important to us especially with the prices we are paying. Please be aware of your companies policies as it help you and me. Have a wonderful day!!!

Me & my fiancé make this our daily stop for over a year & a half! It’s become a literal must have to start our days! The fast drive-thru times, excellent coffee, & most days the staff is super friendly, which makes it very convenient to swing through & get to work, run errands, etc.. There was a girl that ran drive-thru months ago that was super welcoming and remembered my order and voice, almost felt at home. ? Highly recommend making this YOUR daily stop! may just have to remind them to add cinnamon and they sometimes do tend to forget my fiancés extra shot of espresso other than that I rate it 9/10! ?
I ordered online in the app and had some difficulties doing so- the way that the coupons and rewards work are kind of strange. I ordered an iced green tea with extra sweetener, a bacon/egg/cheese croissant, and hash browns. When I came in, I went to the Mobile Orders section and saw that they had made my tea but with black tea instead of green tea. I asked one of the workers if it was green tea, and then they made me one without any sweetener. They were super busy so I decided to just take the sweetened black tea, since I like sweet tea, and I dumped the green tea in the sink. The hash browns were good, although they were room-temperature and a little soggy. The bacon/egg/cheese croissant was good, but it was very greasy. Overall, this was a good pick for a quick breakfast that wasn't like other fast food breakfasts we'd usually opt for.

I don't know why but every Dunkin smells like burnt bread. Not very pleasant but the snackin bacon is good and the coffee is decent. Service was pretty quick and nice.

I loved my coffee the worker Jade is an absolute beast at her job. She hustled to get our coffee out fast. Every time I come in the morning she has all of her regulars from what I can tell memorized. I think that’s truly what a community is right there. She always makes me complicated orders exactly how I like it. These are the kind of people I want to see move up.

I go to this Dunkin 6 days a week AND I JUST LOVE the young ladies but Jessica is the best. She always double check my order because she knows I love my bacon burnt. Big up Tron for burning your fingerprints off for me lol.

All of them , but Jessika is my favorite , she is always happy to see me and always makes sure my order is right .. she is a absolute delight, she makes the start of my day great!! I come thru everyday and Jade is always extremely rude!!! I’ve actually saw her rolling her eyes at me to another employee!!! who keeps employees like that?!anytime she makes my drink wrong and I bring it back in before she even lets me speak she says,” let me guess u don’t like it!!” She’s the most rude worker over ever experienced at any food/drink establishment!! As long as she’s still employed there I won’t be coming back and I don’t ever hardly leave a bad review but I’m sick of putting up with her attitude every time I have to deal with her. I would rather drive 10 miles down the road to another sunkin that have to see her.

I use to really like this Dunkin. They were quick, efficient, and my coffee would always taste the same each time I went. I'm not sure if they are under new management, or have new staff but it has dramatically declined.I like the cold brews with sweat foam. The last time I ordered one through the drive thru. I was charged $4.39 for it, but then given just a cold brew with no foam and was told they were out. That's fine, with how busy it can be I don't expect you to remember everything you are out of until you're going to grab it. However, I know there is a price difference between just a regular cold brew and one with the foam. When asked, the girl at the window said they cost the same. They don't, a large cold brew is $3.80ish. When I said there was, she repeated there wasn't and closed the window. Prices do change and pressed for time since I was on my lunch, I decided not to argue. When I got home, I double checked the prices on the app. That's about a $.50 difference. The cost is not the issue, but the fact that they just didn't care enough.I went back yesterday with my SO to get something quick before we got groceries since its the closest to our apartment. A coffee, a refresher and two bagels, one plain and one everything with veggie cream cheese. The cashier, who I am assuming is new and I don't have an issue with since they're learning, put my refresher in incorrectly and charged me for something else. That was fixed no issue. However, they forgot to make my SO's coffee. We waited ten minutes before asking because they were busy and were met with attitude that they were busy. But my drink came out first, our food came out, and the complicated drinks the handful of people behind us ordered came out first. We weren't rude or anything and to be met with attitude. On top of everything our bagels were made incorrectly and weren't discovered until fifteen minutes down the road.
